Staff was very friendly when you could find them. Desk isn’t always manned they may be helping in other areas. Showers in morning are warm at best and the marijuana smell in the hallways gave me a headache

The bed was hard, the pillows were too small and uncomfortable, the curtains allowed light in on the side and the smoke alarm or something blinked all night. The carpet in the bedroom had a red stain.

Room- the first room that we were given (319) was gross. The bedding was and mattress were not clean. The sheets and mattress looked as if they had bodily fluid. My children refused to sleep or bathe in the bathroom. I agreed to a room change but it was as if each were worse than the first. We left the hotel. The front desk person refused to let us speak to the manager initially saying, “ anything he can do, I can do.” Finally the manager came out but at that point I was so over them. It was agreed that they would only charge me for the first night and would give me extra points. They failed to do say. I was charged the full stay, even though we left.

Was charged an incidental fee. They had no mini bar in room and no pay per view, so why the charge. The room was clean except for the bathroom vent which was covered. The complimentary hair dryer had the intake so blocked that it was kicking the heat off to stop from overheating. The outlets by the one bed did not work and made charging difficult as alternative outlets had to be found. And I was going to share this when checking out but there was no one behind the counter just a sign stating drop keys in box.

The staff was very courteous and warm. Room was nice and clean. One concern we had was it was chilly in there even with the heat on to us. Not cold but still a tad chill in the air. I also like that there was a kind of bath bench to use in the accessible room. However it was the same height as the tub and it's still kinda low for some . I had my own bath seat which worked out. I still loved the fact that it was available to use.

Room needs extra lighting. Very dark with just the desk lamp on night stand. Desk staff in general was okay. One even provided her own banana for my husband when no options were available for my husband for breakfast with his egg and gluten allergies. Managing the heat in the room was difficult. Label on unit days use the thermostat and the staff said they are not connected and to use the controls on the main unit. Had to keep temp at 60 degrees or the room would be overheated. Cleaning staff could not understand enough English to provide a face cloth when requested. Garbage cans are too small and the bags are very thin. Fairly good job with plowing the parking lot following the snow, but parking spots on the back and sides should be cleared better so those with handicap issues. Ice at the curbs are an issue.

I stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving and when I tell you the staff was friendly but when I found a roach in the bed my daughter slept in I was so upset . I proceeded to call the staff and request a refund . They told me nothing could be done until Sunday . So nasty I will never stay here again.

The staff was all very friendly, which was the best part of our stay. We have a family of 5 and we received 2 towels. After asking for extras, we were told there were no clean towels, butv were given pool towels, or glorified hand towels. Breakfast was very limited. Out of milk and many other items. Breakfast staff was super nice though. Also went to get ice, and of course the ice machine was broken also. Wouldn't stay again.

they went above and beyond to let me check in early as I had a long training schedule that day and this was super convenient

The front desk clerk was very polite, and check in was very straightforward. However my stay was for 3 nights, and no housekeeping service for fresh linen and cleaning daily was not available due to a shortage in employee staff. There was also a large hair ball found on the floor bedside upon inspection of the room. But great location and pleasant smell to the property!! Just needs minor improvements!!

I had to call 911 due to a couple aggressively arguing on my floor (3rd floor). I called the front desk as well to report the incident. Later on, I called the front desk to report the room next door to me. They were loud and slamming doors.
