My stay was pretty good like always until I was told I damaged the sheets

The room was comfortable and clean

What I didn't like was being lied to when the housekeeper reported that I damaged the sheets and I never use hotel sheets when I travel, I always bring my own sheets and towels, I've been going to that hotel for several years and never had a problem, that's why I was highly upset. I eventually had the problem resolved with the manager.

Desk person was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, wifi worked well and breakfast was decent.

Room was on the small side, a few of the lights didnt work and there was blood splatters on bathroom walls.

The location of this hotel is great if you are attending an event at the convention center.

The room was far from clean. The basics were clean, such as the bed/toilet/shower, but there were spots of something all over the wall, the carpet was dirty, and the furniture was chipped and worn.

Breakfast. Arrived for breakfast 15 minutes before closing and was met with a spoonful of cold eggs. Toilet did not empty properly. Slight odor when you walked into room.

There were ants in the room ,did not notice them until the morning, told the man at the desk, I wanted to talk to the manager, there wasn't any, the mattress was disgusting stained looked like someone got murdered or very sick on it,never offered to move us .very nosey. The room wasn't clean very dusty, all the way up to the ceiling, microwave fridge was very iced up.

Highly Satisfied and Recommend This Sleep Inn at Tinley Park- Chicago.

Great staff. I met two gentlemen running the front desk, and they were courteous, kind, helpful, and professional. They informed me kindly of amenities and breakfast. They also assisted me when the vending machine did not dispense a water bottle after it charged my debit card. They always smiled and greeted me in the lobby and were kind to all guests. The room was clean and maid- service attentive and caring. The complimentary breakfast also offered a great variety and quality foods. I was truly pleased and will stay again on my next trip.

Close to amphitheater for concert. Able to walk to dinner places. It was very clean and bright. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good basic breakfast.
