Friendly people, comfy beds, and a bit of a fixer upper

The people were very talkative and friendly! We had a fun interaction me and my wife with the front desk man who helped us check in. Not only that, all of the workers there did seem to genuinely enjoy their job.

The room desperately needed some repairs. Holes on the door, scuff marks on the walls, doors that scraped against the carpet. I really hope that the money we spent goes to repairs for the rooms as this one needed a little extra tlc.

Felt safe, clean room, restaurants nearby, close to Tinley Park, very basic, no pool.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Advertised that they had a pool which they said they hadn't had for a long time. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Close to Tinley Park which was great. Continental breakfast was kind of gross but I got down there late so that could be why or maybe I am too picky. They refilled food even at the last minute which was nice. Overall felt safe and was clean which was main thing.

No pool, continental breakfast very basic which I guess is normal but after coming back from Europe, guess I am spoiled.

They charged me a $100 incidental fee, and we left it immaculate. I’ve called 3 times but they still haven’t refunded that and it’s been 3 weeks

The elevator was broke and the pool was closed down for some Kind of issues. We had bathing suits and were planning on swimming but that didn’t happen.

The room wasn’t clean. The pipes in the bathroom was covered I tape. The bathroom Matt was wet from prior guess usage.

The cleaning person walked in the room without knocking.. We were due to check out at 11:00, however she came at 9am. The gentleman at the front desk respond was, maybe she didn’t know.

Unfriendly staff, room didn’t even have sheets for the nasty sofa bed they knew we would be using. They gave us sheets with holes and gave us no pillows.

The breakfast was gross. I believe that I was bitten by bed bugs there! I woke up with some itchy bites on my ankles. Disgusting!

Friendlier, welcoming staff. The guy at the front desk..did NOT greet or welcome us. He had an ear bud in one of his ears while checking us in. Not professional or friendly. We felt like we were interrupting him or annoying him.

The beds were comfortable , the rooms were clean and there wasn’t any noise.

Jen Avila the clerk was not welcoming or accommodating. She kept insisting that my transactions had been declined when I showed her on my phone that they had been processed. And as an afterthought informed me if the incidental charges . If she had been forthcoming they could have been processed with the other transactions. On Saturday the elevators went out. When I checked out on Monday they were still not operable, so I had to carry my suitcase and bag from the third floor to the first floor .

Good Location. Hotel Room Needs Some Love

Location, close to Credit One Amphitheater. Walking distance to several restaurants was nice.

Rooms were decently clean, and they could use a good carpet clean and scrub down . The room we had obviously had a water problem in the bathroom, as the bathroom door had so much damage that you could barely open or close the door . The door was rubbing across the floor, and the bottom part of the door was ruined.

I was there for my father's memorial service.The staff were amazing and the location was great.

The breakfast was good.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable to me. It felt as if the pillows were filled with feathers which I can't stand but once I wrapped my pillow with a towel it was better. The bed was to cushy for me..I sleep on a more firm mattress.
