I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very kind and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful with my questions related to the area. The breakfast was very nice.

Needed a safety pin. There were no sewing kits or pins available though the front desk did try to find one!

A Wonderful Experience

Very clean. Excellent breakfast selection serviced by Gee who was so friendly and positive early in the morning. All day complimentary coffee is also a big plus.

Location wasn't far from Tinley Park amphitheater, which was our destination for the weekend. Room. Was big and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

Cleaning seemed rushed that day, we noticed a few things that seems missed, like little trash on the floor. But aside from that it was clean.

The location was very good & close to stores & restaurants.

Your app for the remote key was useless. You had me pick a room, not knowing the configuration of the building & where the rooms were. You asked for a time when I would arrive (3pm), said that was ok, but when I arrived the room I picked was not ready. I was given another room (which was perfectly fine), but why go through the process if it doesn't work? the remote key never worked.

Fine for a short stay

Check-in was easy and pleasant. We arrived very late at night and the front desk was expecting us and very accommodating. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. Great location. We were able to walk to many restaurants that were located close to the hotel.

There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom on check-in. The pillows were also too soft. It was difficult to get comfortable in bed if we wanted to watch a little TV before we turned in because there were not enough pillows available. Each double bed had 3 pillows, so one of us could use 2 pillows to prop our head to watch tv; the other one was out of luck. I don't know why they couldn't provide 4 pillows for each double bed. Strange.

The fire alarms went off and we were evacuated. The fire alarms didn’t turn off until after 1am and in the morning they went off again. We got no rest before having to travel back home.

Very poor experience

Room was clean and quiet.

I could not login to the wifi using my last name and room number. The TV remote's batteries were dead. My room key did not work when I returned back to my room. Had to wait a long time for the staff to resolve my key issue. The fire alarm went off around midnight on my first night.

It was fine, but the hotel could do better with the amount of money they receive from each visitor.

Breakfast was the worst. first of all, it is until 9:00 AM which is very early for people who are there on vacation, it should be until 10. second, not much variety, in addition they ran out of boiled eggs most of the days we stayed there.

The property was clean enough but the staff attitude was extremely poor. They initially tried to charge me $300 extra claiming the rate in the system is different to the one booked through Booking.com. They don't offer daily housekeeping despite advertising it on Booking.com. When challenged they agreed to provide daily cleaning but this never happened despite numerous promises.

Staff was really accommodating and kind. Shower easy to get in and out; handicapped bars were great.

Thin walls. Could hear people next door. Whoever was above us in 315 was RUDE and allowed their children to loudly run and stomp around all day and night. No microwave was surprising.

The hotel was very clean and I loved the decor and atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The pool was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It was also very loud because of the ventilation system . The voices echoing off the walls plus the ventilation made it impossible to communicate inside. The pool was also very cloudy.

Convenient to everything I needed to visit.

lovely hotel, great staff, of the air conditioning would’ve been quiet it would’ve been exceptional.

We didn’t make it to breakfast because our A/C was extremely loud and we slept poorly.

The A/C was so loud it was impossible to sleep every time it turned on.
