Not good and I will not recommend them to no one

Nothing really, but the price everything else was OK and similar OK son of the staff had issues was terrible. They did not know how to talk to me.

I did not like a lot of things first of all one thing is that the staff needs to know how to talk to someone properly and how to keep it a little bit cleaner in there

Waste of money

Easy to find, close to interstate.

Room smelled very bad. No one at front desk. Waited a long time to check in. Staff was not very friendly, barely spoke, looked angry. Was charged for pets at 10pm at night, after being checked in for hours. I was honest about having pets when booking. I would not have chosen this hotel if the price was going to be more than double. I said I had 2 pets and I should have been charged the correct price when arriving or booking, not at 10pm. Breakfast was extremely limited. TV did not work well.

I woke up exhausted.

Staff was very friendly at check in.

Beds looked dirty. Blankets had burn holes in them. My son and I slept on the top of the bedding with a little blanket we brought with us. The tub was dirty, covered in hair from the last guest. I made my son skip taking a bath because it didn’t look clean. The plow truck came through and woke us in the early morning. Loud doors closing all night, I kept thinking someone was trying to get into our room so I didn’t sleep.

Location was fine but not much for breakfast in comparison to other properties we have visited.

The T V could have worked , the noise above us could have been quieter heavy walking through the night waking me through the night. Cigarette burns all over in the room carpet, bathroom. Furniture in the room and even the sink top , broken tile in bathroom and broken door lock on bathroom door. I don't normally complain but this room was nasty. Just being honest.

I really enjoyed the location & everything was close.

I've stayed there several times before & the mattress in the room was comfortable but this last stay, the mattress was horrible in the room. I want to continue to have several more comfortable stays but every room is suppose to have good experiences.

The staff are kind!

The place is dirty and smells bad. The beds are uncomfortable, they're noisy and the room smells musty. They say breakfast is available, but it's very poor.

Not terrible, but it has a lot of issues.

It was conveniently located near the highway and other main streets.

The breakfast was almost non-existent. They had a few yogurt tubs and nothing else. One day they had a few oatmeal packets. The bed frame was metal and hollow, so every time it was bumped, there was a loud ka-boom. The water in the sink wouldn’t go down without help. I had to unplug the light and the clock to have outlets for my iPhone and watch chargers.

The place was clean and quiet, I really appreciated all the artwork placed throughout the hotel--they were all beautful photos of Chicago (see attached photos), and I am a fan of Chicago architecture. I truly enjoyed my stay. I was a little sad to leave!!

Don't waste your money or peace of mind. Didn't feel safe at this property.

This place is the pits. The safe didn't work and the front desk said, "they haven't worked in years - this is an old property." Things can be old, but not filthy - and to think they charged us $150 deposit on the room that was refunded later. I expressed concern that so much was broken and I didn't want them to charge me for the damage. Front desk said, we know the room has damages and you won't be charged. The vents on the air conditioning were filthy, carpet was filthy, doorknob falling off in the bathroom, old and worn linens, curtain hanging off the rod. Absolutely the worst. We should've charged them $150 in case we contracted something from breathing in the filthy air in the air conditioning. Awful and never again.

Disappointing, especially the facility itself

The room was very small and the building itself was in rather poor condition, especially the exterior. The staff was quite nice, no issues at all there. It was the actual facility. Our room smelled very strange and it didn't seem very clean. It had a musty, moldy air quality and the beds were just on flimsy cot-like frames.
