Was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay, due to the lack of cleanliness of the room

Location and the exterior of building were pleasant

Very dirty room. Dirty mop left in bathtub. Dead roaches in kitchenette drawers. No remote for television

Nothing Staff wasn’t available during the hours they was supposed to be there no towels or Iron in the room . Had to wait over an hour to find someone to contact an employee to assist. Very disappointing will never make a reservation again

I would never stay there again. The photos and description do not match.

The outdoor look nice and well kept

The hotel called and asked if we were ok with not having a sofa which was included in the reservation. I agreed. When we get to the room it was like walking into a low budget studio apartment. It didn’t match not one photo or any online description. When you walk into the room, you’re met with a big fridge, a counter top with a range, walk a little bit more to the bed. The bathroom was across from the kitchen. The floor was dirty. We wanted to say something but we were both tired from work and made the best out of the situation.

There was no breakfast it was a very clean hotel and the rate wasn't too bad my only complaint was they don't have an ice machine no where in the building

I didn't like that I couldn't get a late check out i play in an military golf tournament every year at the Odyssey and would like to get a shower b4 I head home also no ice machine no where in the building

Decent location. Employees were very nice. This place was able to accommodate me same day, last minute. I had an issue with a different hotel and came here and was able to book a room with no issue. Front Desk employee was very informative of the lobby hours which was helpful. Overall a good stay.

The shower pressure was a bit low. Could use a bit more force 🤣

Decent value, all I ask is an ice machine and working vending machine

The room was clean, smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable and the air worked great. Didn't know it came with a kitchenette, which was nice. Location was perfect, 5 minute drive from our concert venue, and pretty private area near other businesses.

No ice machines, eventually found ice cube tray in freezer, but ran out of time before we had to leave. Vending machine ate dollars and/or would only make change that it wouldn't wouldn't take back for a purchase, also wouldnt charge my card. Managed to get one $1.50 soda with a 5 dollar bill. It gave me several quarters back, but of the $8 I put in, I got 1 coke and 3 dollars change. Just annoying, was just trying to buy a couple sodas and waters. Lastly, the front desk asked if she should charge the card on file and I had changed the card on file the previous day. But that is more an issue with booking.com then the actual hotel. I asked to change it the next day and they couldn't, kinda annoying... All in all a good value stay. I've paid for more, and like it, but this was clean, roomy and comfortable for the cost with polite staff.

I didn't like my staying at all.

Facility was un clean and terrible, smell of Marijuana every where , smell of dogs and loud parking at night we could not sleep , we did not feel safe there , staff did not help to fix any issues, loud music at bed time too , elevator smell bad and smell smoking , we did complain to booking .com and for the hotel but we did not get any response, we want to leave the hotel from day 1 buy we didn't find any other hotels around, will never go back to this hotel ever its discusting.

Everything from the moment I got to my room to find that the deadbolt was blocking my room from even closing. The sinks were rusting, there was no hot water, people were arguing in the middle of the night in the hallways! It was overall a TERRIBLE experience!

The door to the main entrance was broken which seems a little unsafe and should be fixed. Also, the housekeeping came and knocked on our door 3 times between 9:30-10 when check out wasn’t until 11.
