Staff support was next to zero. We had no working TV for 2 days. The internet at best was spotty. We had heavy snow fall and plowing of lot was terrible especially for handicap residents. There was no chair in the room initially and the one we got was damaged. As an extended stay hotel the accommodations were poor.

You must pay for everything including taking out your own trash. The phone was missing a phone cord in order to operste the phone. The pleather chair was torn. Mystery stains on the walls. I had to get a light bulb for the lamp. I did not realize there were 0 ammenties including kleenex. People smoking weed throughout the entire rear lot. Shrimp, chicken bones, steak bomes, and trash along the exterior that my service dog had to avoid. The room felt like a prison cell.

Immediately walking in the room smelled horrible. Then all the bedding had stains, the lamp shade had stains and the chair was so heavily worn the springs were almost exposed. There was a used qtip in the shower drain, the seal around the tub was falling off and wierd hair on the counter. The floor was sticky everywhere in the room, felt filthy.

Booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms was a smelly odor. Called the front desk and next night, smell was better but still lingered. Also, knock on door at 5:30am and the room above us let the water in the bath overflow and was leaking down into ours. OK for the price but would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.

Wasn't what expecting or advertised. Extended stay with no cleaning, new linens, or change of sheets only every 14 days, if wanted cleaning, linens, towels had to pay. Suppose to be kitchenette, no utensils, toaster, plates, or coffee pot. Had to buy from front desk if wanted any. Really not what advertised, never again!!!

Room had terrible odor, like tobacco, that lasted the 5 nights. Did complain to housekeeping. Our clothing stunk and had to be washed. Needs to be updated. Beds were good and room facing North was quiet. Staff only available at front desk certain times. Big fines if you don't empty garbage when checking out.

Not what we expected, should have read more details, no coffee maker or option of coffee provided in lobby, something marked out of order. No hairdryer available in room nor front desk. Even though air misters in hallway still reeked of mariguana. Desk chairs had ripped upholstery. TV remote taped together, tacky to the touch.

Front desk staff was polite, accommodating and friendly. However the room was not in good shape-it was clean, but it was worn down with stains all over (all flat surfaces) and very minimal anything (things that weren’t attached and probably for a valid reason). I just stayed one night so I was okay with it.

When I entered the lobby for check in I was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. While I didn't see anyone using marijuana it was very apparent that someone had recently. The elevator also had a strong odor of marijuana. When I got to my room I was disappointed to see that the lounge chair was ripped in several places and the walls were beat up. When I called the front desk I was told that someone had a dog in this room. I was given another room which was better.

We had to empty our trash in the dumpster or we would be fined $75. The halls smelled of pot, wet dog, and strong cleaner trying to cover up the smell and the room had a smell that i couldnt get rid of with the air conditioner on. Beds were uncomfortable on a metal frame that made noise every movement. The rooms come with a fridge/freezer and microwave and stove top but you need to buy your own dishes/pots and coffee maker in order to use it.
