View from the balcony and heated pool.

Not within walking distance of Pismo Beach and there was a dirty, wet washcloth left behind our bed from previous guest. Drain in the tub did not seal so water leaked out of the bath slowly.

THE VIEW! the view was amazing and really did exceed expectations. The rooms was do lovely, comfortable and quiet. We loved walking along the coast.

The shower could have been better. Shower heads in hotels are always a bit of a let down for us. The water took a long time to warm up and then it was way too hot and wouldn't cool down.

My over all stay was wonderful. We only did an overnight stay.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the free wine tasting. When we checked in the staff room as very friendly.

This might seem silly but I was very disappointed they didn’t serve a full breakfast including meat. How do you have eggs, potatoes and waffle’s but no meat. It annoyed my soul honestly. AND they ran out of napkins.

The location, cleanliness, polite staff, comfy beds, early check in, Delicious Breakfast a big 10. And they serve it up until 10 am so you don’t have to worry missing it if you’re not awake early enough. Check out time is 12 pm

My room was supposed to be to have an ocean view but I got a partial view

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love it.

It's hard to imagine a more perfect location. The hotel sits on a cliff right above the ocean but with access to a private beach. Less than 5 minutes to the pier area. The grounds are well maintained with an abundance of sitting areas, lounges and paths. A walking path follows the cove for about half a mile with sitting areas. Rooms are large, well appointed and easily accessible. Most are ocean front. Breakfast is well staffed and offers a lot of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the happy hour wine in late afternoon.

Some minor maintenance was needed in our room. A large carpet over LVP flooring needed cleaning. Through the wall aircon unit blew across the bed so had to be shut down at bedtime.

Very pleasant stay. A short distance to anything you needed (restaurants, the pier, the beaches).

The breakfasts had a nice variety of choices (scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, soy milk) and plenty of it for customers. The outdoor area was clean and offered nice views of the ocean and sunset.

Nice, large room

Dishonest staff. Front desk girl offered to upgraded our room form Pool/Ocean view to Ocean view. But this "upgrade" had a bad smell outside. When I said that there is a bad odor, she admitted that she knew about it. We stayed there only one night and instead of enjoying Ocean View from our balcony, we had to to spend all time on the front lawn.

Check in and check out were easy. The room was spacious. The sunset views from our room were beautiful. Breakfast was great. Wine tasting! 🍷 Texting help was appreciated! The room rate was very reasonable (king bed).

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets and ocean views

This is our second stay here based on a profile in Sunset magazine a few years back. You can’t beat the location and the epic ocean views and animal life in front of you not to forget the amazing sunsets. Truly a gem of a property that is walkable to hiking trails and down to the pier area. The continental breakfast is a treat, too.

We paid extra for a late checkout to use the pool. A women who appeared to be an owner of the property let in 4 other women and their children who were not property guests to go swimming. They didn’t watch their children and even let tiny ones into the hot tub.

One of the most beautiful stays in the area

The room had an amazin view of the ocean. Plus we found it had a beach access down some stairs just have to be careful the bottom of the stairs is not there but not a big deal for me and my wife. The inn at a lot of seating outside to get ecen better views. Loved this place will be back in the future

* The ocean size garden is big, long, and fantastic, you can walk down to a quiet beach, hiking along the coast, ample of sitting Adirondack Chairs along the walking/hiking trail. * Spa and pool are well maintained. * Hot breakfast is one of the best.
