Our room smelled like smoke. The toilet seat was cheap. Had to be careful so it didn’t pinch. The fireplace was wonky. Air control panel didn’t work. The beds were way too broke in. Was very disappointed that Expedia says there is complimentary breakfast but there isn’t. Staff was nice although not helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking. Quick easy access to the beach.

Clean and cozy, ocean view room. Loved the fireplace and the friendly staff. It’s a short distance, to beach access and restaurants. Only negative, in my opinion, is the $10 per night parking.

The pictures are misleading. Rooms are in need of renovation, mold on the bathtub. Litter everywhere. Pool and hot tub could not be used due to special needs equipment everywhere. People in the property were noisy, left trash everywhere… really unpleasant experience

Everthing is wonderful! We had been traveling a long ways from home and Gregg R made it so easy!! Very helpful with all the amenities and even recc a dinner spot that we loved! Gregg is doing a great job and we will be back because of him! Room was great. Pool was great. Coffee is great!
