I disliked being woken up by kids running around the hallways knocking on doors, Also didn’t appreciate the room above us. They were loud until 2am! They were stomping on the floors as well I’m lucky I even got any sleep.

Lovely rooms and staff but Don’t stay until pool Reno is complete

Lovely rooms, comfortable, nice staff

The pool was under renovation which they did advice a week before we arrived however I do think they under played the amount of disruption. There were diggers and workmen right by us eating breakfast. Very noisy and unpleasant experience. Shame. I would recommend the place once the work is complete

Pay attention when booking. Our room was downstairs and kind of tucked in a corner, which did not feel like we were close to the beach.

This time it was just ok!

We stay here quiet frequently and normally everything is wonderful. The front desk staff are always attentive and great. The view is very nice and we always get ocean view or ocean front which is also very nice. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. They did leave a nice card with a free ice cream for my husbands birthday which was very kind.

Normally we love to stay here and do stay a couple of times a year. This time about 2 weeks before out trip they told us the pool would be closed, which is fine, but they didn't say that the construction would take a ton of the parking places (that included several handicapped spots close to our room and many other spaces and if you know the property, there are not many spaces to begin with) or that there would be dirt everywhere and half of the pool area torn up, not just the enclosed pool area but basically the whole back area of the hotel. Also we stayed in the wing with the elevator, due to my husbands back surgery so we needed the elevator to get to the higher floors, but there were sooo many yelling kids running down the halls at 7am. People drinking and smoking on the balcony next to use late into the night. The noises this time around were a bit unbearable. We didn't want to say anything to the front desk as folks were asking about the pool and how long etc., but this visit for my husbands birthday was our least favorite. I know they can't do this, but if you have kids or teenagers having them on one side of the property or the other would be super helpful. We felt like we were staying in circus tent most hours of the night.

Perfect location with great rooms and beach access — breakfast could be much better.

The location is fantastic, right on the ocean, and our room was perfect - we even received an easy upgrade thanks to the very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. The pool area and direct beach access (only 90 steps) are outstanding. We also loved the restaurant/bar next door, which delivers directly to the hotel’s outdoor seating via QR code - very convenient.

The breakfast was disappointing - mostly packaged pastries, eggs that weren’t really edible, and coffee that was just okay. For a hotel of this quality and location, a partnership with the neighbouring restaurant for a proper breakfast would make much more sense.

A tranquil beach escape.

Wonderful view, comfortable bed and very clean room. Free wine tasting and live music on Wednesdays in season.

Definitely fell short compared to my previous stay

Location is beautiful but eye sore of fencing all over back of hotel that views ocean.

The pool was closed! Been closed for weeks says Maintenance but everything looked fine! Fencing all around the pool was such an eye sore takes away from view that youre paying for! We also had a whole line of laundry carts in our hallway as this 400$ room was right next to laundry room! Very disappointed ive stayed before so I know what is exactly expected . Also no clear signs on closed pathways.

We loved the fact that the resort is located on the beach. You have stair access down the cliffside which allows you to walk along the beach and straight to the pier

The property was nice and clean. Beautiful view. Beach access was incredible. Breakfast was great they had everything available and hot. I loved how you could eat anywhere on the property. Plenty of seating & the beautiful view to enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee. We came for our anniversary. The late check in due to the room not being ready was accommodated. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will 100% be staying here again. Beds were comfy room balcony was clean and is where we spent our evenings watching the ocean view. I would recommend getting an ocean view it’s so worth it.

We got there around noon put our names down for an early check in they never called. We went at 3:40ish to check in again and they said it wasn’t ready and we waited about 25-30 min before it was ready past 4pm. Which is check in time.

Great room, clean and comfortable. View was outstanding, breakfast not the best, I don’t care for fake scrambled eggs, but the breakfast area was alway busy.

The price you quoted wasn’t the price we paid. $100 more for dog, there was also a tourism tax, city tax and tax on dog.

The front desk wasn’t very friendly or courteous. I also had black ants in my bathroom and the shower. So all night I was worried the ants would climb on me.

Great location

Location of the hotel, pool, 3 hot tubs and multiple fire pits. It was great to have breakfast available on site even though the options were limited. Cookies in the afternoon were great as well for the kids. Plenty to grass for kids and dogs to run around.

The first room we were assigned to reeked of parfume. The staff at front desk offered to get maintenance staff to clear it out. Unfortunately, when we returned to the room 1hr later, the migraine inducing smell was still there. I requested another room that was not smelly and was given a room in a different area then I booked which I didn't want due to the location. The front desk person was not happy with me and went to get her supervisor. He approved the change to another room just a few doors down from the smelly room and the front desk person that was assisting me just dropped the key in front of me and didn't say anything. I wasn't impressed with her demeanor during the transaction. It wasn't my fault the first room was stinky. The location and room itself was fine, but there was no way I was able to spend any time in it with the migraine inducing stench. The other issue we encountered was availability of places to sit and eat breakfast in the morning. Some of the guests were saving seats for people who were still in their room. This was also the same situation at the pool. There was a group that saved 14-15 loungers by the pool with towels on each, yet only 5-6 people were there at any time and for hours the other loungers were unused and reserved with towels and the other people's things. And again, this was the same situation at the fire pits. Couples were saving seats around the fire pits for other couples who were still in their room, getting their kids ready for bed.

Exceptional Stay!

The pool, the spas, the firepits, the views, the easy beach access, the rooftop terrace!!! It was BEAUTIFUL! I'm going to tell everyone about this place. Perfect vacation spot for me and my kids. We will be back!

My only complaint was that they're wasn't a bathtub in my room but the shower was convenient for washing off sand and chlorine so this was very minor.

Beautiful, clean hotel with great view, parking, and direct access to beach.

View and access to the beach was amazing. Easy parking for car and always had a space. Room was very clean.

Disappointed at the upkeep of coffee bar. Both times I went to get coffee there was absolutely empty creamer containers and I had to ask the front desk to refill them. They seemed annoyed to do this. I paid over $500 a night for my room and expected better at this price point.

The view and location was perfect

The breakfast was the same thing every day. Sausage looked like it wasn’t cooked. The people over us were loud when walking around. They got up several times throughout the night to use the bathroom and you could hear every footstep. The shower door fell off when my husband was getting out of the shower. Luckily he caught it before it shattered. The look on the door was broken when we arrived. The pool wasn’t as warm for being heated.

The view was incredible with beach access.

The room was a mess - mini fridge leaking water onto the floor, bathtub had hair all over it and the pack n play they delivered to our room was dirty with no mattress and had crushed Graham crackers and chips inside it.

Room was nice and clean. The pool and hot tubs were nice. I called the front desk and requested towels to he brought to the pool and they were brought out. Breakfast was good. Having Blast so close was really nice. Great food!

Honestly too many dogs. Another guests said we had to wait for another elevator because her dog didn't want us on the elevator with them. That was after it tried to jump on us and peed all over the floor in front of the elevator and inside it. Where they left the mess. They were on the 4th floor where we were.

We loved the proximity to the beach. The pool and hot tubs were nice. Blast and Brew was delicious. We really enjoyed the grassy areas for frisbee and bags!

Great location with stairs going down to the beach. Beautiful pool and sitting areas. On Wednesday, they had music and complimentary wine tasting in the lawn area. The room had a beautiful view of the beach with a balcony to sit at and relax.

Views were nice

Felt like I stayed the night in an elevator all we heard was stomping all night couldn’t get any sleep! That’s all you hear now a the elevator throughout the entire night. We drove over 3 hours to get here. Staff wouldn’t give me a refund with video proof of the noise all throughout the night.
