Close to airport
We reserved a room on Booking.com for $63, a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms were sold out and they couldn’t hold one for us because we hadn’t pre-paid. They supposedly called us but we had no record of a missed call. BUT conveniently, they could sell us a room for $150. It was late at night, we were tired, we had an early flight, and didn’t feel like driving around looking for a new hotel. So we reluctantly stayed. The parking lot wasn’t even half full. Scam. There’s no way they were sold out. We will never return.

The location was close to the mall
The bathtub was chipping paint looked horrible, Also the next morning after waking up tried to shower the hot water did not work at all. It was close to check out and they recommend if I could just take a shower at a room next door prior to it was 25 minutes from check out. I wanted at least money back that’s was very disappointing..

Location to the airport
I specifically booked this hotel because it offered transportation to the airport. Its location is literally down the street and no highway. I called to be sure they offered transportation. They did. Once there because of the weather ‘no guarantee we will give you transportation..’. Having no guarantee and needing to work and get to the airport doesn’t sound like ‘we offer transportation.’ In the end I ordered an uber because I couldn’t rely on them.

Not much other than the room was clean
We stayed in room 104 the handle to the sink was loose and fell off in my hand! Not to big we adjusted!! But!! The bed was metal and when you move the bed sounded like you hit metal with a hammer. Very noisy and woke the wife several times. When I told them about the problem the desk clerk said “oh yeah” we know that! But if you know it why wasn’t it fixed. Apparently they don’t care about the quality of stay and that’s why there were very few people there! And I will never go back or will my friends!! Poor excuse for a hotel!!

Nothing on a five star rating system, that was about the worst I have ever stayed in.
The bed was remarkably noisy, mattress so soft it hurt my back, the hotel was something like 20% occupied and the room was rented above mine. The second floor creaked all night as I tried to get to sleep. Lastly the face and hand towels were the filthiest I have ever seen and looked like they were permanently soiled from scrubbing the floors

My reservation had been canceled due to the hotel reason, so I couldn't stay this hotel.
I received a strange phone call the night one day before my stay from someone claiming to be the hotel manager, who asked me to provide my credit card number by phone. He stated he would not guarantee my stay unless I did so. I suspected that this call was a dangerous scam and refused his request. A few hours later, I received an email that my reservation has been canceled from Booking.com! I can't believe this is happening on your sight!

There is no way these rooms are cleaned daily other than the trash being changed. There was a stuff hairy rag hanging from the shower rod. All types of stains and hairs in the bed.

I had to pay a $60 cash security deposit at the Ramada hotel yesterday. I told the front desk attendant that I would be leaving around 5 a.m. and that I needed my money back at that time. He said it would be fine because the front desk was open 24 hours. But this morning, when I was leaving at 5 a.m. to go to the airport for my 6 a.m. flight, there was no one at the front desk to assist me, and I had to leave without getting back the cash deposit I paid yesterday. I paid in cash. I’ve already sent a message to the hotel through the Booking app, but no one has replied to me so far.

It was dirty had to wait for them to get my room together it took a hour in a half and after being told to wait for the floor to dry after walking in the floor was still wet I took a towel to dry it and the white towel turned black the bed loud any time one of us turned it sounded like the bed was going to break the cable did not work and had to keep being reset

I liked the location being close to the airport. I liked the staff and their congeniality. The common area was well-maintained. There was ample parking.
No attendant was available at the counter when I arrived, and the call bell was not working. There was "dirt" on the walls and baseboards. Deep cleaning monthly throughout the units is advisable for guest comfort. The bathroom had poor lighting. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. More fresh fruit and a waffle maker would be a great addition. Overall, it was decent, but there was still much room for improvement.

Air conditioner was so loud when it kicked on and off. It either sounded like a gunshot or like someone was trying to break into my room. Kept me waking up every 10 mins.

It was dirty, we had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because no one was working at the front desk at the time, breakfast was terrible, the rooms were dirty!

Good value and clean.
Check in guy didn't know how to run a credit card. Took about 30 to 40 minutes and several phone calls. He had my wife swipe her card twice. He said the first didn't go through and he cancelled it. Next day she had 2 charges on it. She is still trying to get this fixed.

Booked a non-smoking room, and it definitely smelled of smoke! There were no Kleenex or coffee cups, and the room looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The bathtub surround was gross.
There was no mention that the hotel was under renovation. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal, there were 3 bagels, and some white bread.

Rooms were under construction and the guy at front desk drove crazy to airport. Called for ride when we got back bc we keft our vehicle there and he hung up on us 3 times. We were tell him where we were and he kept getting cocky and hung up. So we ended up calling lyft to get back to ramada

Coffee machine in the room looked like it had never been cleaned.
Coffee provided by reception taisted odd so thought that machine might look the same inside!! See photo.
Dismissive staff! When I said the room should not be let out again the receptionist finished my sentence about the carpet being filthy before I did. They were obviously aware what was wrong but let the room out anyway.
They are renovating the reception area.....should be starting with the rooms!!
