Simple and safe.

No Breakfast, but many options right up the street. Simple to find and convenient to destinations.

Trouble finding the light switch in the bathroom. Also Card key was not working on door lock. It would normally take four or five minutes to get through the door.

The location

Very rundown, pealing wallpaper, looked like a hole punched in the wall, questionable mold at corner of ceiling, balcony door required 2 people to close cause it got stuck, refrigerator didn’t work and air stopped working in the middle of the night.

Overall worth the $$ for a place to lay our heads

Very centralized for all the locations I wanted to get to. Wooster, Cleveland zoo, Elyria, Brook Park.. overall acceptable location, nice staff, very spacious room. Allowed smoking for a deposit.

Run down a bit. Stained rugs, sliding door for balcony was off it's runner, wifi wouldn't reach to the 5th floor, gave us one towel, one floor matt and one wash cloth. One roll of tp for a weekend stay. (Fri-sun) For 2adults and 1 child.

While I was waiting for my room the front desk person rudely told people they could get a full refund if they wanted to go elsewhere since he had an abundance of people waiting to check in. Front desk person bragged about how many rooms he had sold that weekend since there was a concert going on in Cleveland. Aggravating! Front desk guy was rude. The AC was broken in hotel. I saw there were bed bugs. The elevator would jam up so I had to take the stairs and I'm an injured Vet. I was given a smoking room& I'm a nonsmoker. Toilet broke & tools were left outside my door to fix it. I'm not a plumber. I was told I would get another room for the second night of my stay by the morning front desk person since the first room was unsatisfactory. That never happened. Instead, the rude front desk guy that works evenings bluntly told me I would not get another room for my last night there and there was occupancy at that time since it was a Sunday and most people had checked out as the front desk guy had said. I didn't even stay the 2nd night since I'm highly allergic to smoke & mold. With no AC there was certainly mold growing! I Ended up staying elsewhere for the last night of my trip. Had the worst experience ever. Do not stay here!

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient and close to the airport.

1. The wifi was very difficult to access, and had poor reception 2.We had a non smoking room on a supposedly non smoking floor, but the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke 3. There were several areas of rust and mold in the bathroom. 4. The water from the sink faucet started out brown. 5. The $100 deposit was ridiculous, and were it put on a credit card the motel receptionist said it would take 8 days to be returned. A hold of $100 could have been placed without sending the charge through, instead of charging the amount, but this was not offered. The need for such a deposit is outrageous. 6. The property was dirty. 7. The TV had limited programming. 8. The sheets on one of the beds had some brown stains, so housekeeping obviously did a sloppy job.

Crooks... Only a $100 CASH deposit accepted... Let me clarify CASH ONLY DEPOSIT 🤔 Then if you don't have cash, they cancel your reservation and charge you the entire reservation fee. Bad things happen to good people. Service representative was rude and I will be reviewing this hotel thoroughly.

The service was bad! It was like they didn’t even care. There is mold in the room bad patching job on the walls. The sheets were bad and the rooms smelled. Overall just didn’t feel safe.

Good enough to stay for a night.

the room did what a room should do, well enough. The bed was decent but not great, the shower worked fine but was a bit narrow. The heating worked well, and the door had extra locking mechanisms for security that were a nice touch. The bedside lamp was also bright enough to eluminate the room, which was good since it did not have another light source outside the bathroom.

The room clearly has had its last renovations somewhere in the 20th century, the pain is falling off and cracks and holes in the walls and ceiling are rudimentarily patched over. Nothing that actually hurts in practicality, but it does dampen the enjoyment of the room a little.

The first roomwas very dirty. It was needles in the drawer he just left them in there The bed wasn’t clean the toilet over flowed so he had to move us to another room which was split between a door and the kids were too loud. We hardly got any sleep.
