A fine stay if you want to be close to the airport and if you like a funky 60s Jetsons/NASA decor.

The funky Jetson's decor. The rooms were large, and comfortable.

Couldn't get local or standard networks on the television (football games, etc.). The hotel is isolated if you're not flying into and out of the airport. If you want a hotel close to the airport it would be great.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. We also appreciated the 24 hour airport shuttle service.

The hotel and room was very industrial look and feel. Layout of the room was very odd and the fridge and coffee maker were far from the main bedroom area (there were three "rooms"). Toilet kept making very loud bubbling noises waking us up, and the air conditioner also made two loud bangs every time it turned on startling us while trying to sleep. Lighting in all three rooms was as dim as candlelight - especially hated that in the bathroom. I do not recommend.

Step back in time and it was mainly all good

The staff was excellent starting with Shannon at the front desk; Same for all the shuttle drivers; however every staff member I encountered over the course of just under 24 hours couldn't do enough for me or just always saying hi and having a smile on their faces; huge rooms; lots of windows; a fridge; all the amenities in the room were excellent including the control of the AC/heating however it was a bit on the loud side so fortunately I was in a position where I could just turn it off completely, so it was user friendly in that regard; I managed to check in quite early with no issue; excellent breakfast choices; in reality this is a great option if flying out early or needing a cheaper option on a weekend instead of downtown CLE and lastly a fairly quiet hotel but if you are a light sleeper than earplugs are a must; in short based on the staff and the price point I paid I would stay at this location again; as mentioned by others the NASA theme being kept in the rooms and the common areas is excellent

Anyway you slice it, if you don't have a car, it's a bit of a production to get in/out of, BUT that isn't even a critique that is just a fact of the location and if you read everything which I did none of it came as a surprise - In short once you got there you forgot about everything I just mentioned however, unsure how I would feel if staying multiple nights as the immediate area is quite isolated from everything but as mentioned the shuttle drivers can get you anywhere in the neighbourhood; the TV was on a side wall from the bed position but certainly not a deal breaker

Everything...the decor, the quietness, the pockets of areas to socialize in on each floor, the large spacious room. I even liked the wine dispensing vending machine. Never seen that before.

There was no meat protein (sausage/bacon/ham) to go with the eggs on the day I had breakfast. That was disappointing.

Neat repurposed piece of American history

Friendly staff, cool history; LOVED the dedication to mid-century modern atomic decor. Would absolutely stay again if we were traveling through CLE airport. Neat for history and/or interior design enthusiasts to stay in a repurposed former NASA building directly across from a still current NASA research site.

Breakfast was underwhelming in its variety and taste, but did the job of fueling us for the day.

Really fun hotel with very comfortable and spacious room. I would stay here again.

The rooms were really cool. It was probably one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It was divided into two sections; one with the bed and dresser and so on and the other with a sofa and TV and closet, plus the bathroom. The decor was great, with mid-century modern items and had a very fun vibe.

If you don’t have a car, it’s a little inconvenient. There is a restaurant that’s about a half mile away but that’s the only option.

Fine for a short stay

Staff were all very nice. The room was clean.

Decor is unusual throughout the property.For whatever reason the room was freezing when we entered - 63F !! I turned off the a/c and hoped the room would warm up a bit. The tv was in an odd place where you could hardly get in and out of the bed without hitting the tv.

My stay at The Orbit was out of this world!

I like the delightful retro style and The Orbit's history was fascinating. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the 24 hour shuttle service. I like that public transportation is nearby.

Would have appreciated more vegan selections for breakfast. The touch free pancake machine was enjoyable. Also, a longer breakfast time would be great. Would like caffeine free teas selections for the in-room hot water machine.

A fun, historic experience, built in the 1960’s & renovated in keeping with the NASA space theme. Overlooks the Emerald Necklace, a wonderful valley that encircles Cleveland. Excellent location to easily access the Airport and highways around Cleveland.

Cold, industrial feeling, not enough light in the room, noisy due to no carpet anywhere. Rooms were never cleaned after arrival.

Pre arrival check-in was nice. Staff very friendly. Great location for stay pre flight from Cleveland Hopkins. We were able to watch planes land and take off from our bed. Food and shopping had to be driven to… nothing within walking distance.

Elevator sounded like it was about to give way. If I was fearful of elevators I would take the stairs. Just an FYI this hotel is near a wedding venue and the hotel offers guests a free shuttle… great for them, but as a guest not attending that wedding - the noise throughout the night of wedding guests continuing to party, bang doors and stumble in their rooms was excessive at times.

Good stay (minus the hotel credit card issue)

Very large room and very clean , comfortable bed. Great view from my room of the planes landing and takeoff from Cleveland Airport.

Hotel caused my Credit card to be issued for fraud because they tried to take payment multiple times before i arrived. When I arrive my card was declined and I had to use a different card as the bank had blocked the card. This was not a great start to my stay! I was charged a commission from the bank because I used the other card . I would have preferred if property waited until I arrived before trying to charge my card .

Beautiful hotel. Large windows reveal the twinkling lights of the airport. Felt awe.

The shuttle to and from the airport was very punctual. It's a quick trip. I liked the fitness area and especially the image of the astronaut which seems to hover in there. This hotel has been transformed from when it was part of the NASA base, which is really cool. In my room I dozed beneath the twinkling lights of the airport and it was awesome. The room is super quiet and spacious. Space-ious.

The sofa is not very cozy and there is no light near it. So I did my reading at the desk. The t.v. didn't have streaming.

This is a great place, filled with the history of the area. It is a quirky fun place, decorated in mid century modern. The staff was great and the breakfast was tasty. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area next year.
