Clean! Good location and friendly staff.

We were staying during a sudden cold spell and the room windows are a bit drafty. The building is historic so there are special shades to help with this but it could still get chilly.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff, near the airport, there is a free shuttle.

The design scheme is great!

Great location foe access to CLE, super clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Easy access, quiet, clean.

Love that this is the former NASA Glenn R&D building. And the decor is all Mid-Century Modern. It is super close to the airport with lots of parking (free). Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and WiFi. Great value.

The funky Jetson's decor. The rooms were large, and comfortable.

Couldn't get local or standard networks on the television (football games, etc.). The hotel is isolated if you're not flying into and out of the airport. If you want a hotel close to the airport it would be great.

The TV was very old. Only local channels with no ability for apps.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. We also appreciated the 24 hour airport shuttle service.

The hotel and room was very industrial look and feel. Layout of the room was very odd and the fridge and coffee maker were far from the main bedroom area (there were three "rooms"). Toilet kept making very loud bubbling noises waking us up, and the air conditioner also made two loud bangs every time it turned on startling us while trying to sleep. Lighting in all three rooms was as dim as candlelight - especially hated that in the bathroom. I do not recommend.

Retro mid-century modern design. Friendly and helpful front desk people. Easy parking! Wine by the glass! Proximity to Cleveland Hopkins airport!

The staff was excellent starting with Shannon at the front desk; Same for all the shuttle drivers; however every staff member I encountered over the course of just under 24 hours couldn't do enough for me or just always saying hi and having a smile on their faces; huge rooms; lots of windows; a fridge; all the amenities in the room were excellent including the control of the AC/heating however it was a bit on the loud side so fortunately I was in a position where I could just turn it off completely, so it was user friendly in that regard; I managed to check in quite early with no issue; excellent breakfast choices; in reality this is a great option if flying out early or needing a cheaper option on a weekend instead of downtown CLE and lastly a fairly quiet hotel but if you are a light sleeper than earplugs are a must; in short based on the staff and the price point I paid I would stay at this location again; as mentioned by others the NASA theme being kept in the rooms and the common areas is excellent

Anyway you slice it, if you don't have a car, it's a bit of a production to get in/out of, BUT that isn't even a critique that is just a fact of the location and if you read everything which I did none of it came as a surprise - In short once you got there you forgot about everything I just mentioned however, unsure how I would feel if staying multiple nights as the immediate area is quite isolated from everything but as mentioned the shuttle drivers can get you anywhere in the neighbourhood; the TV was on a side wall from the bed position but certainly not a deal breaker

Everything...the decor, the quietness, the pockets of areas to socialize in on each floor, the large spacious room. I even liked the wine dispensing vending machine. Never seen that before.

There was no meat protein (sausage/bacon/ham) to go with the eggs on the day I had breakfast. That was disappointing.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was quite helpful. The free shuttle is a major bonus. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, cool history; LOVED the dedication to mid-century modern atomic decor. Would absolutely stay again if we were traveling through CLE airport. Neat for history and/or interior design enthusiasts to stay in a repurposed former NASA building directly across from a still current NASA research site.

Breakfast was underwhelming in its variety and taste, but did the job of fueling us for the day.

The rooms were really cool. It was probably one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It was divided into two sections; one with the bed and dresser and so on and the other with a sofa and TV and closet, plus the bathroom. The decor was great, with mid-century modern items and had a very fun vibe.

If you don’t have a car, it’s a little inconvenient. There is a restaurant that’s about a half mile away but that’s the only option.

The esthetic was quite charming. Everything was clean and the staff friendly.

The shuttle is unmarked so we missed it once.

It was such a unique space. To lay in bed and watch the planes was awesome.

The A/C units made loud clicking noises when they turned on.

The air con was cold when I arrived and I couldn’t turn it down very easily, it was also a bit noisy.

Bathroom door with lock would’ve been nice. Could hear dog barking somewhere in another room. Bed was a bit hard for my taste. Pancake maker was out of order

I loved the retro look of the hotel. It was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating.

Decor is unusual throughout the property.For whatever reason the room was freezing when we entered - 63F !! I turned off the a/c and hoped the room would warm up a bit. The tv was in an odd place where you could hardly get in and out of the bed without hitting the tv.

Clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and airport shuttle runs 24 hours.

Lovely big comfortable room, didn’t notice any aircraft noise although the hotel is next to the airport Staff friendly and efficient. Great value compared to other hotels in the area

A fun, historic experience, built in the 1960’s & renovated in keeping with the NASA space theme. Overlooks the Emerald Necklace, a wonderful valley that encircles Cleveland. Excellent location to easily access the Airport and highways around Cleveland.
