Nothing much just by the airport just to show my kids how the airplanes look in the air close up

Housekeeping does not clean the room properly to where my two-year-old ejected a pill and had to get transported to the hospital

I was. able to eat something very early in the morning. Staff was available to help get food.

I love how the hotel has covered parking for handicap & a few others, how it’s one way in and one way out. The layout was amazing, our suite was large and very comfortable.

The mattresses could definitely be a bit softer.

Staff friendly and helpful. Transport from airport prompt and nice but in a dirty personal car.

Comfy beds, good lights for reading. Iron/ironing board & hair dryer were handy amenities! Very friendly clerks at the reception desk for both check in and check out.

I imagine there's a reason to have floors & no carpets - perhaps it's cleaner. But I would've preferred a carpet!

on one side of the whole building they frosted the windows so you cant see outside,,, when i get a room i like to look out the window,,, here you cant,

It was close to the airport and I could gas up my rental car the night before return.

Breakfast was nice. We stayed here mainly for shuttle access to and from airport. The bathroom was a great size.

The place looked quite run down. Although our room was clean, it smelled like they had used the kind of orange scented cleaner to mask a smoking smell.

The bed pillows were not comfortable at all, they were flat, not fluffed. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

The evening staff and the breakfast hostess lady were Wonderful, and the location was conveniently located near the airport. We appreciate the idea of the shuttle.

The guy at the desk in the morning was beyond rude. He smoked right at the corner of the building between the handicap parking and the entrance. I had to ask him to excuse me so I could come through with sets of bags for myself and my elderly Mom. Then he was very rude when he spoke to me. I am going to check the accounts to make sure we were refunded the deposit. Our room was not what we booked. We booked a king with a sofa bed online, but there was no sofa at all. The windows had a white film over the entire window, so you could not see outside. We felt closer phobic. The threshold in the doorway of the room was unfinished. Just crappy looking concrete. The television audio was continuously garbled. The shuttle was a private vehicle that left a lot to be desired. The hotel has a minivan that they do not use for shuttles for their guests. That would have been a million times more comfortable and easier to identify. Oh yeah, and the bed had a spring that kept popping in my back throughout the night. The heating AC unit was broken. The fridge was horribly unstable. Very Crappy stay. We will not return! The only way to make it up to us would be to refund our full cost.

The state of the building and the rooms are in need of proper repairs. For example, in the hallways, the carpet was rolling upwards on the sides. In the room itself, there was masking tape on the door hinges, and a hole in the ceiling had been attempted concealment with a produce sticker. Oh, and our lotion bottle was empty? Huh?

This is a dirty, poorly kept 2-star facility. I chose it because your site said it had an airport “shuttle,” but there is no shuttle. You have to call the desk and then they will try to send out a car to pick you up, if and when the person is available with no set timetable. You website is deceptive in this regard. The whole place smells of disinfectant.

Rooms were good size.

The one room very strong smell of paint as they are remodeling. I sprayed with Lysol multiple times to break down the smell.

We were just here for one night to go to the Cleveland Clinic. We arrived at the airport late and they still picked us up!!!! Wonderful breakfast in the morning!

Lobby, carpet, hallways looked extremely old and worn and dirty. Room numbers were written on masking tape with a sharpy pen. The bed was hard

Reasonably close to local transport into city, staff very helpful and friendly esp reception and the breakfast lady. Price was reasonable for a 3 night stay however no warning prior to stay about refurbishment at premises.

Undergoing major refurbishment so place had appearance somewhat of a building site, had to change room due to fridge making strange noise that kept me awake , however staff resolved this issue very swiftly .

no ironing board. swimming pool was. DEFINETLY NOT HEATED!! Such strong accents at front desk. could hardly understand anything that was said!! Also because my granddaughter decided to stay another $15 !!!!! was already $95🤬

There was a great variety of items to choose from and the staff was great.

The decor, Apparently the hotel is going through some renovations, The walls are apparently in the process of being painted, The light fixtures covers are missing, Also the room number plates are missing with numbers being written on with markers. Hopefully on my next visit the renovation will be finished.
