The room was super spacious and had an old school 50s vibe.

Stayed at The Orbit this last weekend for the Cleveland Boat Show. GREAT hotel - room was nice size, had all the expected amenities, etc. The ultra modern decor was a bit weird at first, as you normally don't see hotels furnished like this. Staff was excellent as well. Only ONE thing turned me off, and it was that I just could NOT get warm in my room. Now, this is subjective, obviously as everybody's comfort level is different. And it was cold outside too, at 17. There were 2 heat/ac units in the room, but it seemed that they couldn't keep up. I was uncomfortable at 72 degrees. Wouldn't be a deal breaker for me to stay again however. And one other thing, your nav system might tell you to turn right on "Underpass Road". It doesn't exist. Just turn in at the light in front of the Centaur Apartment complex, go left, and you're in. All in all, a great place.

Great location and nice room. The hvac in room 409 makes a loud bang each time it starts and stops though

Industrial feel

Staff on late arrival (young woman) was so helpful and welcoming! Everything was very clean and efficient. We love the NASA homage. The evening and morning shuttle drivers were also so helpful and friendly. (The older morning service woman at 5 am was a bit salty.)

Room nice but cold hard to get heat on and breakfast flat not many choices no meat only eggs and 1 mini muffin at 8:30 breakfast not over till 10am only one in area

Staff was nice,

Rooms are outdated. Rooms are not insulated and freezing. Heating system is old and clicks on every 5 minutes. SO loud. Shuttle system was suggested by the staff to go to an event nearby, and was promised to be easy and convenient. Getting there was no problem, but couldn’t get anyone to come pick us up. Waited for almost an hour and ended up getting an Uber with no apologies from anyone. Will not stay here again

The room was big, clean, and so, so 60's/70's. Loved the vibe of the place. The staff was fantastic, and breakfast was pretty good.

The room was clean and staff, very friendly. I was required to use my credit card for "incidentals" which I assured the staff that I was not going to use. I was told the credit or debit card was "hotel policy". In spite of not using any "incidentals", there is a $3.00 charge on my credit card that was supposed to be refunded but has not.

Great stay as always. This is my go-to hotel when flying in and out of CLE. Rooms are spotless, service great. You can see the planes coming and going from your window. Rental car return is 5 minutes away!

I checked in on Sunday night and I can’t remember her name, but the girl at the desk who checked me in was exceptionally kind and I really appreciated it

Clean but cold and uninviting

Theming was so fun. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hot breakfast was terrific.

A huge room that was perfect! The Front Desk gal was super helpful in scheduling and coordinating our shuttle transfer from the car rental facility the hotel the first night, and to the airport at 0545 the next day. Great service and location to CLE couldn't be better.

My room was spacious, uncluttered and clean. It was easy to move around in and allowed my wife and I the space to repack our baggage for a flight home after 27 days on the road sightseeing.
