Good location, very friendly staff.

Egg white omelet was good but lukewarm. Sausage, the same. Breakfast cold by time I fixed coffee. Also, most hotels in this price range now offer better TV service in the rooms. TVs w apps to use like Netflix.

Great for a one night stay

We stayed here for a concert, fairly easy to get in and out of. With a HIE, you're not expecting much but we thought the rooms were nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the extra room on the vanity was a nice touch.

nice dark out windows for taking a nap in the afternoon, good business center for printing boarding passes

wish we could have checked in earlier. we sat in the lobby quite a while waiting - maybe a clean room was available had they looked harder.

Very Clean & Convenient With Nice Staff

I'm going with 8 out of 10. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's clean and comfortable and the people were very nice. Not the quietest place (not a big deal) and not the greatest in terms of places to eat nearby (unless you like Bob Evans). But I'd certainly go back.

A little noisy, but not horrible. Except for Bob Evans, expect to walk at least a half-mile for food. And don't expect anything particularly nice.

Not the best but worth it for a short stay

Beds sheets TV and bathroom were all ok and good for a short stay

During the middle of the night, someone kept on trying to call our room phone and every time we’d pick up, they would hang up. Front desk did not care at all and just told us to wait and see if it happens again. Either way, good area for just a short stay near the airport and all.

The bathroom was in much need of deep cleaning and possibly upgrade. The pool and pool area was gloomy and not clean. For the price I was very disappointed.

I thought the staff was amazing! Very funny and good natured.

The beds were not the beds I’m accustomed to when I’m at a Holiday Inn. Not soft or comfortable. Also, the tile leading into the room was dirty. Looked like it needed a good mopping.

Staff was Awesome and you had a great breakfast choice. Did like the fact that the hotel was secure and you needed room key to enter at other doors.

My 1st impression when I came into the hotel was it smelled horrible. Then when I got to my room the room was clean but there was a musty mildew smell. I only hope I don't get sick from that. The one thing is the deposit was over priced. I can understand $100. But $200 is a bit steep. I usually stay in Independence or sometimes Middleburg Heights and the hotels are clean and no smells. I don't think I will be back at least not this location.

we had to pack up the 2nd night at 11:00 pm due to a mushroom growing in our room!!!! the 2nd room had a shower dripping all night, we had called the front desk after midnight due to a vehicle engine running for over 40 minutes keeping us up along with the shower

The room was nice.

The noise insulation is poor. We could hear the children next door fairly well. The breakfast savory items & Danish pastries were horrible. The people who made them most likely never tasted them.
