Got woken up at 4 am with loud music from cars in the parking lot that did not belong there. When I entered the room it had a strong chemical smell. Some of the wall outlets didn’t work. Not enough parking spots. AC/Heating smelled bad when turned on.

Horrible!!! Staff was unprofessional!!
I was placed in a room for two nights. The second night, somebody had the key and walked in on us. I called staff and they said that that room was. So they double checked and it was booked for me. They I had the housekeeper banging on my door ask us if we paid for the room. They finally the solve the problem. They night checked for got to book the right room. Yes I would like a refund please.
It’s was bad they lady next to us had men knocking on her door all night long yelling.!! No sleep at all for us!!

Handicapped when trying to use bathroom chair for shower water went all over the floor. I couldn't go in there for fear of falling. Almost fell out of bed. Not a good experience. Checked out after 1st night. Couldn't stay there . Not safe.
