Excellent property, staff, room, and breakfast options. I felt safe walking my dog at night since the property has good lighting. Rooms are new, comfortable, and spacious.

The room was clean and cozy. The morning breakfast was okay. Out of a four night stay, waffles were only offered once. The grounds around the outdoor smoking areas were not maintained. There were cigarette butts on the ground and in the flower beds. This had nothing to do with the ratings.I just feel that management could have done better and have someone walk the grounds daily to keep their property looking cleaner and nicer.

My only issue was the neighbor next door had dogs and we were woken up every morning at 5:30 am to their barking and the owners yelling at them to stop barking.

Stayed here one night after going to a concert in Sacramento. The hotel almost looks brand new inside and out. I thought I got mosquito bites from the concert, but no it turned out to be bedbugs. I’ve never had them before. The next day I called the hotel and told the front desk the situation. The clerk said (what do you want us to do about that?) I then asked for the manager to call me. His name is Scott. Scott never called and it’s been six days. No missed calls nothing. I highly suggest not staying there. We were in room 29 on the second floor.

BED BUGS! By the time I arrived home the following day, I started seeing red bumps with small blisters in the middle, all in clusters along my legs, arms and hands. I have never been attacked by bed bugs, so I was thinking these were spider bites or mosquito. After 4 days of consistently getting new bumps, I saw a doctor. The doctor diagnosed me with BED BUG BITES! According to the doctor, the bites will continue to appear for the next couple of weeks. The itch is HORRENDOUS. I am miserable. I cannot sleep, I'm paranoid now and I am afraid to stay in another hotel ever again. The doctor prescribed an oral medication and a topical one for the itch. They provide minimal relief. If you stay at this hotel, PLEASE check the beds for bed bugs. If you don't, you will be sorry. The photos I have attached are ONE WEEK after my stay. The itch is driving me crazy!

Over priced. Charged $75 for my dog to sleep there. Have never been charged a fee and I had expected a hold until staff confirmed my dog didn't make any messes. Furnishings are IKEA style. The kitchenette had wet dishes in the dishwasher and staff wasn't sure if they were clean and suggested I wash them prior to use. TV use required my phone connect to their WiFi to use. Didn't feel safe about that. I won't be staying here again. Ended up costing me over $200 for a single night because of the dog charge. Ridiculous!

Check-in was very easy, and the front desk gentleman was very kind and friendly, making sure to tell me how to get to my room, breakfast times, etc. The room was spacious, nice, and clean.

The staff at the hotel were excellent-friendly and helpful. The room was generously sized and super comfortable But I did have a bad experience. When I check into a room I check the doors and windows for security. The windows were locked and the screens were intact. But I had a ground floor room and later that night I heard a thump on the window and saw the next morning the screen was partially pried off the window. I am a woman traveling solo for this trip. I don’t know for sure that someone tried to get into my room but it was an unsettling discovery.

This is by no means a negative review of individuals working but more of whomever is responsible for oversight of standards and making sure they are met. None of the TV’s worked due to “network” issues. We found several clothing items in the room from whomever stayed there before, on top of a roughly 3 or 4 day old watermelon drying out in the fridge 1/4 of which had been cut away. Overall I would say they are trying to look high end without any effort or financial attempt to actually be high end
