Quality Inn & Suites Woodland - Sacramento Airport

Easy to get an Uber ride from the airport. Check in staff helped out. Bed was very comfortable.

Bugs behind the bed in first room. We requested a new room. It was ok. All edges against wall in both rooms had debris and should be vacuumed with more detail for 100% cleanliness. Not blaming housekeeping, but instead management for excepting this quality for their guests.

The AC was making loud noises intermittently over night. Couldn't rest.I even just left the fan on. It still made loud noises.

- Property maintenance not good - Room phone not working at all - Poor quality toiletries - Breakfast very average. There was no bread or bagels

Front office Staff could not fix lowest drawer of the chest which was sliding out causing tripping hazard. One of the two rooms phone was not working and was never fixed. Breakfast was very average. They didn’t even have any bread or bagels.

The young man who checked us in was really nice. It is easy access to the freeway to get to the airport. It dont take long to get there. They have a McDonald's next door, but you can walk less then 5mins to a nearby shopping center for more selection.

The pool could have been a little cleaner.

Room was clean comfortable

Pool needed cleaning. Algae on walls. Breakfast was lacking choices. Lots of traffic noise. Must be near hospital . Sirens frequently.

I was not able to locate the motel in the dark after midnight. There was nothing to like!

Breakfast : no one checks to restock . Coffee ran out. Muffins ran out. Very limited food options . All sugar.

A 12 minute drive from hotel lobby to the Sacramento airport, location was superb.

TV didn't work, asked for a wake-up call at 4:30 am, call didn't come in until 5:35 am. Good thing we set the alarm onour phones.

Quiet in room. Had ironing board and iron. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Curtains didn’t close properly for privacy. Curtains seemed a bit short and didn’t stop daylight entering in morning. Air conditioning was quite loud.

Would prefer better breakfast items.

Satisfactory, liked the chose of cereal. Also fresh muffins were nice. Also enjoyed the waffle. Chose of beverage was great.

Everything even though after a heated argument with front desk staff, “THE MANAGER”. We walked out of the hotel.

The bathroom is horrible can nr turn around in it and room had roaches front desk says sorry no money back you went through booking .com no one should have to deal with roaches just wrong

Nice room if it was cleaned properly.

Room had stained towels, sheets and don’t ask me what that stuff on couch is. But worst part was staff wouldn’t change my room when I notified them after first night of 2 night reservation. I left room at 5am for an all day appointment but I called at 11am to advise of issues and request room change. Girl at front desk phone said she couldn’t do it then but they’ll switch me when I come back in later. I returned at 11pm, guy at front desk said he couldn’t do anything. Said he’s just a clerk and can’t contact anyone with the authority to switch my room. Said no other room available. I went on booking.com and found 5 rooms available same night. He said those were a different room type and he didn’t have authority or access to put me in one of those clean rooms. So my only choice was same nasty room or leave. Gave me managers name but he didn’t have any idea when they’d be in next as he (the night clerk) doesn’t talk to daytime staff ever. Customer service problems are inevitable in this industry, but it’s inexcusable for the only staff on duty to have zero authority to remedy. Cannot rely on the team at this hotel to make things right when necessary.

The Staff is great!

The online pictures show a hot tub. They do not have a hot tub! The breakfast was poorly stocked, no milk for the breakfast cerial you had to eat it dry, only one waffle maker and there was a line of 8 people, it was 30 minute wait,8only two cup cakes left, orage juice was watered down, not much there to eat.

we had roaches in the bathroom and crawling around the carpet room. at first I thought it was my imagination . also the towels in our room were stained and looked as if they were moldy on the edges also the pool wasn’t very clean. other persons staying at the property were not considerate of wing quiet while others were asleep. a small group of people were on stairs at about midnight drinking and talking loud. Then I’m the parking lot on Friday evening guests were drinking and loud .
