Since there are electric vehicle chargers, they closed off the charging spots so I couldn't charge my car. They also charged me extra for parking even though they offered free parking, so I ended up not being able to charge my car.

Clean and comfortable room, kind hotel staff, easy check-in and check-out.

Pool was in a bad location and inaccessible until we went back to the clerk to find out the secret uplift of the handle to get through the gate. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Great value hotel near the airport.

I have stayed at this location many times and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. In a few cases, I have had to change the length of my stay or make adjustments to the reservation, and staff have always been very accomodating of the changes.

Someone on the hallway near my room kept opening and closing their door all night, making a slamming sound. This made it difficult to sleep. Usually this is not an issue in Woodland, but this time was particularly noisy.

Very close to the airport, very easy to get to from this hotel. The hotel met my expectations. The room was clean and adequate for our stay.

We did not get to have the breakfast because we had to get to the airport for an early flight, but it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby at 5am.

Awesome Customer service

Empress the hotel clerk was a beautiful spirit. She was helpful and kind . She was quite busy when we checked in. Yet she smiled at everyone and treated everyone with patience and kindness. Great customer service.
