Worst coffee ever…such a nice facility, but coffee game weak. Both in the room and in the breakfast area. Easy to fix!

Location and comfortable room

Not much for restaurants near by.

Location was perfect for our trip to Woodland. We will actually planning a trip in December and will make reservations. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Even through they are close to the freeway the rooms were quite. Breakfast was delicious with many choices and fresh fruit.

The hotel itself was decent for the price… comfortable bed, nice shower/water pressure, etc.

The noise factor is what completely ruined our experience. We were exhausted after a ten hour day of driving and just needed to get some rest. The city was hosting a car show the weekend we were there and our hotel was housing many of the participants and their cars. This made it just about impossible to get a parking spot even remotely close to the hotel. The car owners hung out in the parking area until the wee hours of the morning, revving their engines for each other and having a great time. This was done at the expense of the other guests who were trying to get some sleep. Quiet hours start at 10pm inside the hotel…. Does that not apply to their parking lot since it is on their property? As a paying guest, my expectation would be that my comfort would be as important as any other guest. The hotel should have taken some amount of ownership and initiative to settle these “party goers” once 10pm rolled around, at the very least once 12am rolled around. Because there was little to no regard given to those not participating in the car show, I will not be back and will encourage those I know to avoid this hotel. Hampton Inn, this was a huge let down.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room appeared clean, but had a very musty wet dog type of smell that did not go away. There was no exhaust/vent fan in the bathroom so it steamed up badly when showering.

Staff were very nice. Room was nice. Pool was nice.

Bathroom was a bit dirty in spots. Breakfast was decent, but there weren't enough tables and chairs to sit at.

The Staff, especially Maria at the Front Desk. We arrived a bit early and even though Check=in was suppose to be at 3pm, she lets us in a little after 130pm Plus I appreciated the cookies and cold water throughout the day.

I wish the pillows were either bigger, or more to use to sleep with. Besides that, Everything was Great! I will definitely stay here again when I have to visit the area, like Davis.

Not much of a selection for eating within walking distance of the Hotel.

I like that the room was decently sized, and the staff were very accommodating to our room change when our first room wasn’t very cleanly.

What i didn’t like was upon arriving to my room and being settled for an hour and a half, I decided to give my daughter a much needed bath. As I was turning on the water I noticed little brown chunks in the water. Upon further inspection I noticed that there was human feces stuffed and pushed down the drain of the bathtub. I called the front desk to report what I had found and they apologized and gave me a new room since the housekeeping was gone for the day.

Wonderful room. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location

I pay a premium to stay at the Hampton Inn. I reserved a king studio that was pet free. I received upon arrival a queen that dogs had been in. The AC was off so it was noticeable. We were so tired we laid down anyway after the room cooled down.

Comfortable

Blankets in our room looked dirty upon arrival, the city itself smells so bad and makes the hotel smell bad as well.

Looked nice. Rooms were modern
