Rebooted through hotel for $50 more than my booking.com price. No refund or negotiation offered. No communication prior to arrival besides what was stated above. Not happy!!

Posted checkout time was 12:00 noon but our keys didn’t work after 11:00?? If my wife hadn’t been there, I would not have been able to get back into our room to retrieve our luggage. Moreover, we were prevented from sitting in the lobby/dining area after 11 am but before 12 noon.

They canceled my stay because I wouldn’t park my truck on the street. The gentleman who was in charge was very rude from the start.

this was the worst place I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot….. Ive never seen a place so bad that I wasn’t allow to park ,my truck in the parking lot.

Pulled the ole' switcheroo on us

It was close to the baseball field that our son was playing at

I booked a room with 2 queen size beds, and we were given a room with only 1 bed and a chair.. we required 2 beds and there was zero options left for us for the 3 day stay. The front desk told us it was because we booked with a 3rd party. . We've booked many hotel stays using multiple 3rd party apps and we've never had such a disregard for the accommodations we've paid for. Truly disappointed. Will contact booking.com to see about a partial refund, because we've never been disrespected like this before.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! The manager was horrible. Wasn’t willing to help at all, not to mention there were bed bugs. They did give us a different room when we showed them the bug problem

The gentleman who drove us to the airport was amazing. He was knowledgeable & really nice. Every employee should be like him. Traveling is stressful, but he made it stressless. Kudos!!! The hotel was super clean and smelled noticeably clean, but not chemically, just pleasant.

Everything was wonderful except the beds. Both beds were lumpy and worn. Oh, and the bathtub was nice but not for a disabled person. There was a weird add-on tub chair, but it was very rickety and not meant for anyone of size. I wasn't about to trust this odd, thin plastic to support me in the shower-tub.

Ok stay for the value

Breakfast was great, very busy but lady in the back was attentive and quick to refill things as they ran out if you asked her. Coffee, hot water, hot chocolate packages, and omelettes ALL ran out while my two kids and i attempted to have breakfast. Eventually all were replaced.

I was really hoping for relaxing in the pool. It was loud and crowded. The jacuzzi water was so dirty you could smell it and see the water tinted green and foul odor. Greenish and cloudy with lots of stuff floating once water was still: so bad it didn’t even smell like bleach anymore in there. Pool was ok and enjoyable minus unattended 15 kiddos who constantly jumped and pushed each other into the pool endangering my own kids. Parents should be more responsible and manager should be making rounds to pool when large groups can be heard in the pool. The cleaning was desirable and there was often no towels available.
