Registration has some hiccups, on my behalf. Staff member was patient.

The deodorizor they used in the room was extremely strong to the point it caused me a terrible headache...and we checked in late evening. Very strong. The entry to our room was off the back side and late at night the parking lot has some random people cleaning out their car...Just felt unsafe entering and going up back stairs late night.

Very nice rooms

No complaints. But,the have to put a $50 deposit for if anything happens in the room. I understand if something got broke because of you. But, not an extra $50 on top of my room cost. I might have just that cost on my card and with that $50,not being there. You might loose the the room. So just maybe I little more heads up that you might have to pay an additional fee. Though you get it back. But,its inconvenience. So now I have to wait 3-5 business days to receive my money back. What if I needed that money for something. Sooo.!

Nothing jumped out at me.

I reserved a king room and hot 2 queens. They didn’t have any more kings. I’m 70 and there is no elevator. My room was on 2nd floor. The room heater/ac didn’t work. I was told to park at the end of the building for easy access to get in. The door caught up when trying to open it. It took 2-4 tries each time to get it open. The hotel advertises “ Good breakfast. “ They don’t serve breakfast. Their idea of how to process a refund is to say no refunds. If you no show, the penalty is the entire cost of the room reservation. I won’t stay here ever again.

Clean rooms and everything works fine. Great motel for business trips or a quick stopover. Lots of parking available.

Breakfast is very basic — almost none. If that’s important to you, grab some food from a store beforehand. A bit noisy because of the nearby road, but closed windows block the sound.

Other than the breakfast issue, everything else was good.

The bed was comfortable and the suite was clean.

My only issue was that the hotel advertises that breakfast is included. The only thing they had was a tiny muffin and coffee and there was no regular milk only French vanilla and hazelnut nut flavour. There was no toast, eggs, fruit or yogurt. I had to go to MacDonalds to get breakfast.

I was charged 2 x for the same night. I booked the room through booking.com and then when I checked out of the room the hotel charged me again. When I called they said I had only paid once

We’ve stayed at Woodland Inn for several yrs. We’ll be back!

We were in Rm.106 (Ground-floor & thank you for arranging that) however, the occupant(s) in the room directly above us was very loud- banging hard on the floor, then hitting the walls— we thought it may have even been a large dog running for 4hrs from 7-11pm. and again in very early morning. We do like staying at your facility, very clean, friendly, economical & easy fwy access !

Miss the nicer attempts previously adult size, pre-wrapped muffins & boxed juices. We were early travelers departing and only tiny child muffins& coffee were available. Your competitors have better choices.

Incomplete service, sad travelers

The room was very nice.

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was a muffin and coffee that's it hot water It certainly wasn't like it was before. Also we spoke to a computer screen to get our keys. Also there is no security due to the fact that nobody was at the front desk.

Room was large and very clean. There were plenty of surprisingly soft towels

Right by the freeway, couldn't have been noisier. The front desk was unstaffed when I went to ask a question (more than once). "Breakfast"? was a few small muffins, coffee, and flavored creamers. (Yuck)

Clean and convenient. Halfway point between Bend, OR. I especially enjoyed the virtual front desk kiosk. Very efficient. Took me by surprise and was delighted how quickly we were able to check in.

A very clean and well run accomodation right off the 5 fwy!

The staff, location and value are the stand out features that impressed me. Check in was easy, staff VERY unintrusive and respectful, and the grounds were well maintained. The very comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep! BONUS: the pool was clean and was open! Many motels advertise pools and then they are dirty and closed. Thank you!

The coffee maker in my room did not work and the "breakfast" was NOT acceptable. If breakfast is advertised, it should include, by definition, protein, milk, eggs and juice. PLEASE call it a "continental breakfast" which implies coffee and pastries, so we can plan accordingly. I ended up spending 65 extra dollars for a breakfast that should have been provided if indeed, breakfast is advertised.

Not handicap friendly

The room was decent

No evaluator, not handicap friendly. I am a disabled veteran and barely made it to my room on the 3rd floor. Virtual check in was horrible. Took forever. The agent was in Colombia and had no idea about the hotel. If I gotta do everything I expected that I should get a discount for doing the staffs job. No staff until morning. Very unclear on the process and had to have another guest tell me how to check in

The room was close to the lobby and the ice machine. The beds were comfortable.

The location and the physical look of the property was marginal. The grounds outside looked unkept and dirty.
