Great location and facilities but disappointing there were no waffles for breakfast

I like that it's newer, clean, its location, has a kitchenette and breakfast.

Really disappointed that there were no waffles the 2 days I was there. The spread the last time I was there back in November 2025 was very nice with enough food. But I was very disappointed that there was hardly any fruit and most all no waffles.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. When asked why the breakfast wasn’t being offered as usual with eggs and potatoes and bagels and pastries he just told me matter of factly, “sorry we haven’t gotten our shipment in.” That was a month ago. When I asked for a discount he said, well uh you would have to talk to my manager about that!” Also it’s been over a month and they still didn’t have soap in the bathrooms in the lobby in the soap dispenser!! Kinda annoying. Everyone was just milling about in front not doing anything to make it nicer for the guests.

Do to the nature of our trip, we did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Basically all was good, but two issues. I was double charged by the hotel and by booking.com. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with no problems. The second issue, was the strong urine smell in the parking lot.

Would definitely stay there again, but not with a handicapped person.

Very clean, spacious suite. Traveled with husband and his elderly mother and needed laundry facilities for her pajamas. No charge at all to use the washer and dryer. Very friendly staff.

Booked handicap accessible room, which had wide doors into bedroom and bathroom, but did not have a walk in shower. Handrails in bathtub/shower, but towels only had hooks to hang from on the wall which were a big stretch to reach. Also the room was too far from the lobby for mom to walk so we gave her a ride on the baggage cart.

Beautiful fresh and clean. It had a surprising kitchenette that even had a stove, top and full-size fridge cutlery and a couch. Nice bed, big bathroom.

The vent for the air conditioning blew right on the person on the Window side, which forced the draperies to blow on that person. Their food was inedible. And no one was eating at the free happy hour or free breakfast. It’s hard to make food so tasteless. But the coffee was good. Their Wi-Fi set up is poorly explained but works. Good elevators, but strong cleaning smell.

Awful customer service, huge noise issues.

The walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the rooms around us. The room below us was very loud (sounded like a frat party, very loud voices, slamming doors) from 10pm until 12:30am. We called the front desk to help 3 times, and they did nothing. The same front desk employee was there the next morning at checkout and she acted like it was not her that I talked to 3 times the night before. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. Definitely will never stay here again.

Uncomfortable pullout couch.

Clean and newer hotel

The room we booked said one bedroom and pull out couch. We actually had a small room with a bed and couch. The couch was so uncomfortable and they didn’t have any toppers available. You could feel the springs just sitting on the pull out couch. We requested another room with 2 beds. They didn’t move us to another room but charged us an additional fee. The pullout couch should not be listed as a bed. Nobody would be able to sleep on it. Soooo uncomfortable.

Cuando yo baje a desayunar a las 8am casi no había comida para desayunar Eramos 3 personas en una habitación con una cama y un sofá y el sofá no tenía sabanas ni almohada en todo el cuarto llamamos para comunicarle esto a recepción y nos dijeron que teníamos que bajar por ellos no pudieron tener la amabilidad de subir a llevarlas cuando deberían estar ya ahí la muchacha de la recepción estaba muy seria no era muy amable en ningún momento sonrió no me sentí cómoda en cambio el muchacho que nos atendió cuanfo nos fuimos fue muy pero muy amable En la segunda vez que nos quedamos ahí no por esto quiere decir que no nos quedaremos pues venimos seguido solamente quisiera que eso cambiará muchas gracias

Todo excelente. Solo un detalle. Una ocasión alguien abrió la puerta estando yo dentro. Por la noche. Imagino era del personal porque tenía llave. Fue un hombre. Con el lugar estoy contento solamente ese detalle. Que el no tenía porque abrir.
