Days Inn by Wyndham Woodland

I enjoyed the upgrades/clean room. I was happy to see an iron/board, hair dryer, shower amenities.The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and made checking in so easy. There were no people loitering outside which puts me mind at ease. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient to airportand restaurants but No elevator .

Parking area seemed safe, but not away from property, due to homeless

Parking area was pretty safe as it was where nothing else was. The room was real clean. The staff accommodating in given us a bottom level room. We would stay there again.

Property istelf is fine, seems updated interiorly. 3 stories and no elevator. So pack light or be prepared to haul your crap up the stairs. Theres a decent amount of food options around the property but breakfast at the hotel is some muffins and coffee. Roaches on the outside but none inside we saw. The beds are literally like plywood, so if youre into that... thats good. But we were stiff every morning.

It was clean, easy to access

I stayed in Woodland for an overnight and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and felt safe, with amazing parking right beside the entrance and close to my room. I also liked that it was within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, which made it very convenient. Check-in was done through a video monitor system, which was unique. The only drawback was that there was just one monitor, so I had to wait in line a bit, but otherwise the process went smoothly. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, especially for being close to the Sacramento airport.

Safe, quiet, easy parking

Staying here was a pleasant experience.

Lack of amenities like a front desk person, decent coffee, etc.

Me and my children stayed 3 nights we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was put off by the video-kiosk check in. The audio was patchy and had to ask the remote agent to repeat most things. Other than that it went smoothly. The hotel is next to Hwy 113 so is convenient but you hear the traffic noise. Beds and shower were great.

It was startling to find no hotel personnel at the desk and the instructions posted to check in with a Virtual Assistant in a kiosk. Located the kiosk but had to finally wave my arms to catch the attention of the Virtual Asistant who was obviously in a remote location. He was brusque in his request for my ID that had to be placed face down the kiosk screen and scanned. Eventually, I was issued a receipt with room number and a room key card was dispensed. There is no elevator. Although I requested a first floor room (pet and disabled veteran spouse), we were placed on the 2nd floor… we climbed two long flights of stairs more than once to get our effects and small dog to the room. The hotel housekeeping personnel were the only hotel employees we ever saw and they were gracious. Our room was clean, the bathroom was very very small, and the room was not well insulated for sound… the 3rd floor occupants were jarring in their excessive noise and we heard many, many door slams throughout the late night as more people arrived. Pet: plenty of parking but lots of used needles along one side of parking lot. The plus to this location is the Black Bear Diner in the parking lot. Excellent food, gracious wait staff, fast service to include take-out, and very affordable.

We were assigned the room next to the laundry room, it was a little bit noisy early in the morning. But overall was okay.

I did not like the virtual check in and not having seen any staff at the property

There is no elevator. The rooms look like 1970 with a fresh coat of paint. There is no receptionist

The walls were super thin I heard doors opening and slimming shut all night

This location lacked a proper staff. The check-in was performed by a kiosk that shutdown and quit working leading to a backup of other guests unable to check in. This meant no front desk guest service was available. The only staff I encountered were cleaning staff all of whom ignored my requests explaining that they didn’t and wouldn’t speak English.

Not worth the money.

The room is very clean and the price is very affordable

Inability to having a proper complementary breakfast had ( only bite size muffins) nothing else! No coffee No milk No juice. When I meant ONLY!!! is just that! When I meant Nothing Else just that NOTHING ELSE!

No employee at main desk. Check in via kiosk very hard to hear / communicate.

Floors throughout the hotel were dirty and stained. Walls in the room including windows, mirrors, etc, were dirty with mystery spots and splatters. Lots of road noise. There was some trash floating in the pool upon arrival. Rough looking neighborhood. Breakfast was a joke, a few tiny processes mini muffins. The hotel was very hot, hard to keep room temperature stable.
