My family and I love the double room suite. The rooms were spacious and provided all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have the kids in one room and the grown-ups in the bigger room. The fireplace was the most favorable part of the room.

Although everything was great the rooms were heavily flawed. In the room with the 2 beds, there was a large gash across the bathroom door, the lamp did not work, a light switch was punched in, and the latch on the door was missing. In the room with the king bed and fireplace, there was a large metal bar drilled across the bathroom door, a patched-up hole on the wall that wasn't painted, and the hair dryer didn't work. The hotel on the outside is beautiful but the rooms are a little neglected. I don't hate the hotel but it definitely needs a little work.

Room was dirty, specifically the bathroom, ROACH on the floor, that crawled onto my pants. Noisy bed.

Property was clean. Check-in/check-out was quick. Room size was bigger than many other hotels. Pet-friendly. Good location.

Stairs a bit slippery in the morning dew. Shower did not switch between shower/tub correctly. Low water pressure. Mattress was AWFUL- the worst we have slept on in years.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Should be turned/flipped. I had to stay in the center of the bed to keep from rolling off because it was so worn out towards the edge of the bed. Shower barely sprayed, barely able to rinse off. There was not a staff person available during daytime hours. If I needed to talk to someone I had to call a number on the window to get any help. Needs maintenance inside and outside. Looks like not much attention to cosmetics around the facilities.

The staff was so rude, the room they gave me the AC was having problems, I turn it on and in just a few seconds turned off. They just told me to open the window. The rude front lady was so so rude and it was hard to change to another room. She just said it’s a bit cold outside, with the window open it will work. The room was hot. And she told that in all the rooms it’s the same, the AC turns off by it self. After almost begging to get another she finally did the change, THE AC IN THE OTHER ROOM WORKS🙄

Location was great. It was by Main Street where all the nice coffee shops are. The beach where my friends were camping at was nearby. The mattress was the best I’ve had in any hotel, and I usually stay at a Marriott.

The hot water ran out on me in the morning, but it was fine the night before. The emergency exit / back door had loose screws on the door knob like someone tried to break in. Luckily, there was a dead bolt so I didn’t mind. The carpet edges had powder like the ones used to deodorize carpet. Otherwise it was a nice property. I only needed to sleep, and I slept like a baby especially with your amazing price and their superb mattress. Thank you.

Sand in the corners, not enough electric outlets, coffee pot was very dirty and hair dryer had come off the wall but was not fixed, just layer under the sink. No light by either bed. Rusted out bottom to the air conditioner, but it did work.

Convenient access to freeway and main Street Morro Bay. can say little else that was good about this establishment.

If it had been better circumstances we could have walked away or changed or done something but we had a situation we were trying to deal with. The room was absolutely disgustingly filthy. There was one inch of dust on the bathroom light fixtures and on the lampshade that was all wonky. The hair dryer was mildewed and clogged with massive amount of dust. Room was dark. Every wall every door had black fingerprints. You could tell they haven't wiped or washed a door wall in years. The bathroom floor all around the edges was disgusting hasn't been touched in years. Stuff on walls and doors that were unidentifiable. Was exhausted just had to use our own blanket and pillows. Thank goodness for those. I have more pictures but it won't allow me to add more. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there. They could care less. They want your money they don't care about you. I can only imagine how the manager owners live. I would encourage them to spend one night in room 205 and 205b. It was a suite. Let me see how long they would last. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ALSO THE MANAGERS DON'T LET THEMSELVES BE AVAILABLE. They chained the doors to the lobby. The phones in the rooms don't work. I was informed to go through bookings.com to make a complaint. I did. They reached out to the property. Property said they're not going to do anything cuz I didn't talk to them directly. Tried to talk to them directly they don't answer. I have never rented a room so disgusting. I desperately needed a room with three beds and at a very reasonable price due to expenses. Somebody said it's reasonable and I blindly booked it because it had a suite with three beds. my fault totally my fault but their fault for being a disgusting establishment and have no qualms or conscience about trying to make it right with me as a customer. If they really care they have my phone number they could call me. They know who I am. Bookings.

maybe because it was a special price why my room wasn’t so lovely. you can tell it wasn’t cleaned thorough. blow dryer was full of lint and dirty. Bathroom were not so tidy, rust on fixtures and smears walls everywhere. shower had very little pressure. The A/C vent was super dirty and no ice bucket was available. One lady worker was very rude while we tried to let her pass through the hall way.

The television is a bit far from the beds, bathroom is on the small side and there should've been another mirror in the bedroom

The property location was good. But it is in need of an update in paint and maintenance.

Our Keys did not open the door to the room and had to be returned to the desk for reprogramming. The bathroom door knob was broken. When I went into the bathroom and locked the door, I was locked in. Panicked as I did have my cell phone and my husband had taken the boys on a walk. I had to keep turning the handle up and down, the lock button never opened, then I turned it up all the way and shoved the door with all my might and it was forced open. The beds were very uncomfortable. Everytime my husband rolled over I thought I’d fall out of bed because my side was worn from people sitting on the edge that I slept on a slant to the floor.

The location was close to a park and the beach. The family suite was perfect. We are a family of 7.

The husband was nicer, he had better customer service skills, then his wife and hotel staff(cleaning ladies) were nice .

Very outdated appliances in room did not work plugs in wall did not work bathroom vent was hanging out of the ceiling very dangerous sheets had some sort of red or brown stain not sure if it was blood trash cans outside were all overflowing with trash also the property owner is just money hungry my key stopped working and he was trying to charge me 20$ for a new room key he also did not disclose that there was a fee for pets he just took it upon himself to charge my card an additional 171$ if I would have known there was a pet fee then I wouldn’t have stayed here could have went next door to the motel 6. Overall horrible experience and management/owner they are just money hungry need to update their rooms and disclose any extra fees online before people book with you overall 0/10 would not recommend whatsoever

Old building, missing battery in smoke detector, found bottles under furniture and someone else's soap in shower. Wanted us out as soon as possible so they could ready the room for the next customer, but wouldn't let us book in early.

The front desk guy vary rude still came to my room to try and tell me that I booked another room and he charged me twice I was vary upset room was dirty tv did not work my balcony was facing a dirty ally or parking lot they knocked on my door at 10am on Saturday morning and woke us up it just over all not a good experience the Indian guy staff was vary vary rude!!

The room was comfortable, it was clean. The shower had good pressure.

So when I booked the room, I searched for a pet friendly hotel. It was not clear that I was going to need to pay an additional $30 in animal that I brought in. I would have chosen a higher priced hotel that had free pets so I could get better amenities. He also made me pay $100 deposit when I got there in addition to the $30 per animal that was non-refundable. We were hauling a trailer because we're moving, there was no place to park. The best you could offer me was street parking which was right next to the exit to the five. That made me super nervous. He told me I needed to move my car by 8:00 a.m. because the garbage pickup was that day and he didn't want to miss his garbage being taken. My husband said his alarm to go move the car and there was no place for him to move the car to despite the fact that he told us that there would be. In addition, when we asked about garbage pickup, the person in the morning told us they don't come until noon. Which we then confirmed when we left and we passed the garbage people at noon. Additionally, remote control on the TV didn't work, And while the air conditioner worked, it took hours to get cold in the room. It was nice when I woke up, but it was very very hot throughout the night. Overall, I thought it was expensive for what it was offering, and I thought that the man who ran it was not very accommodating and a little bit snippy.

The rude people that worked there, the rude man who checked me in, the refrigerator made a loud noise and when my mom asked someone to help they said they would check in on it "tomorrow"- they never did so we couldnt use the fridge like normal humans because at night we had to disconnect it in order to fall asleep . The water pressure was so low that I didn't bother showering for 4 nights. The photos of the establishment were deceptive and it makes me realize I could have stayed at a nicer airbnb for the same amount.
