i requested a roll away bed the frontdesk clerk said it would be in our room when we checked in the bed was not there i had to call to have it delivered to the room not enough towels in the room had to track down house keeping

If i had to be picky , i wanted to do a contactless check in wich was offered to me but i still had to go to the front deak and wait in line to show my id and put a credit card on file . Theese are all things i should be able to do online .

If the room was working properly it would be a good stay, but disappointed we spent so much.

Breakfast was great and easy for a family.

The shower was not working properly and sprayed water all over bathroom that required me to clean up. Staff was able to fix it enough for our three night we were there since the hotel was full and an additional room was not available. The bathroom vent did not work and was not able to be looked at since no maintenance staff was available during the weekend. Also the wall air conditioning have an extremely bad odor when it was turned on. Again no other room was available and was not able to be addressed during our stay.

Fun family summer Pit stop.

Perfect summer vacation stay. Pool had other families with kids that made my child feel comfortable. Usually the hotel pools we've gone to have a uppity hipster vibe, this place was feel good family friendly vibes.

I liked the comfortable beds and pillows, the shampoo and conditioner containers instead of them being the small ones, the free parking, pool and spa, the breakfast, the free coffee and tea a bonus

All the balls in the pool, a couple was playing hand ball and hit me in the head a few times when I was playing with my grandson in the water in the corner

It was well maintained property, was clean, roomy and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Garrett at the front lobby gave us suggestions on food and fireworks. He made extra effort to talk to us and give insights on surrounding area.The lounge area was great addition to the hotel as we did spend a lot of time with our friends hanging out there late nights and all. The indoor heated pool was great for the kids.

The indoor pool had no windows and felt a little muggy.

Good hotel in a quiet location

The hotel was in pristine condition as were our rooms. I did like the way that seats and tables were arranged for breakfast, it felt more personal and more intimate. Good sized car park and the location was pretty good for eating at a number of fish restaurant on the wharf.

The food at breakfast could be better. I would like to have seen better selection of cereals and meat such as bacon and sausages.

Receptionist (she) was super sweet, friendly and kept up with my husband’s silly jokes. Clean and convenient location.

Receptionist (he) wasn’t too super. When I handed out the key to check out, he had a phone on his hand. Parking…coming back later from the town was little tricky to find a spot.

We went to Morro Bay for the Kite festival. We stayed at Hampton because they make us feel welcomed.

I’m returning. Stayed in Dec. 2023 and it was wonderful. All staff work very hard to go out of there way to make you feel comfortable.

I paid extra for a “partial” View of the ocean. We thought it was funny, because you couldn’t see any ocean from my window.
