Very clean and employees were present and helpful.

The beds were for sure very comfortable - especially the pillows! The room was also decent size. They have a great gym facility as well as a place for doing your own laundry. The restaurant is fabulous and we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast each morning!

The first night was awful as they put us in a room where the bathroom was musty and mildew smelling - possible mold issues! I was so ill from it that I had to request they move us the next morning. Once moved upstairs I was much better. When I consulted the front desk, they knew there were issues, so I don't understand why we were put in that room in the first place! I still plan to reach out to the management as this was totally unacceptable!

My room was larger than I expected, and very clean. I enjoyed being on the back side of the hotel, where it was quieter, even though I was down the hall from conference rooms.

The exterior doors to the hotel that I thought were card operated were not. They were just open all the time, so anyone could come in the back door and be in the hallway.

Location is great breakfast was good at the restaurant. Staff was helpful. Rooms are comfortable.

Sometimes the doors are hard to open to get into the building with the card.

It’s hard to beat the price, location and breakfast. Yes it’s an older facility. Yes it’s smells like an older facility. With that said, they do an amazing job across the board with it. Heated pool, clean rooms and common areas, great food, nicest staff. Stayed here 3 times now while traveling. Will return.

The rooms were good size with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. They had a balcony to sit out on. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows.

There was a musty smell upon entering. I believe it is due to the shower design. I am pretty sensitive to molds and mildew so I didn't like this. Next time I stay I will see if that rooms also has that issue.

Super clean, tidy, well managed, everything in good repair and working order- nice amenities, great breakfast, helpful attentive staff. Lots of parking. Very nice large rooms - the entire hotel and grounds are in fastidious condition. Retro cool hotel that has been tastefully updated. Nice balconies. Robes in the closet. Quiet rooms, not a lot of sounds coming through the walls.

NA - we liked everything but mattresses could have been firmer. A little lumpy.

Great value for very nice hotel close to the interstate. The restaurant was very good - free breakfast was a well stocked hot and cold buffet.

Everyone we encountered from front desk to those working at the restaurant were so great. The property is conveniently located off the interstate. Having it so easy to navigate and the restaurant being on the property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was nice, but felt decently outdated. The chair in our room was very scratched and looked as though it had been there for many years. All the browns made it feel very dull; some brighter colors (like white) would really make this place pop.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast I had was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean. There also was a microwave in the room which seems to me rare these days.

I liked everything but how ran down the room was, it seems they always give me the battered rooms!

Shattered room

I love this hotel. Comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious and clean. Close to shopping and freeway. The pool area is nice and not crowded. The restaurant's food is top notch, everything was delicious.

The lobby and restaurant were top quality.

The hotel showed it’s age and is in desperate need of remodel. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable, the bedding, curtains and carpet were outdated or needed cleaning. I looked under the bed when I dropped my ear pods it was disgusting. The toilet set needed repair and was falling off the toilet.

The location was good and the facilities and rooms were clean for the most part. The bartenders were all very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The ADA shower was large and easy to roll-in with a wheelchair, although water pressure was abysmal and hot water ran out.

One of the primary reasons we chose to stay was because of their reputation for excellent food. Unfortunately there was a buffet four of the five days we were there and it was simply awful. The food was limited, cold, and impossible to ask for anything from the waitstaff. Although the restaurant was empty, the dining room staff was simply not interested in any engagement with the guests. Although I complained about my concern for food safety and quality to the front desk, I was simply told how sorry they were for the experience. Our last day we finally had a quality breakfast and friendly staff, but my family and I will Likely not return. We have a wheelchair and had an ADA room with a fantastic Rollin shower but the rest of the room and bed were too small and difficult to navigate and there were no larger rooms available despite asking every day.

It was clean and had many amenities. The breakfast was great. It was a great value.

They were a little slow to bring out more food despite having a very busy attendant in the dining room. One of the treadmills had a stutter to it.

Staff was exceptional from the first time I stepped into the front desk till I left. Looked after my family needs and offered room options for us. Great pool and hot tub area, modern fitness center. Easy to get to and central location to find different dinning tastes. Quiet spacious rooms and comfortable beds. An excellent stay.

this place was nice. It is an old hotel but they are trying to keep it up to date. It is huge we had to drive to breakfast from the back building since grandma cant walk much. Tons of parking for trailers and motorhomes. the rooms had a micro wave and little fridge so that was nice.

Well the water pressure was like using a fire house in the shower. Made showers a little uncomfortable. Other than that all was good

Pool outside was really nice. Quiet location and bed comfortable. Breakfast was tasty although not a buffet.

At breakfast you had to choose between coffee, tea or juice which seemed stingy considering that they advise a buffet and you would get all those things if it was a buffet. You could only choose one option for your meal and I went with the granola and it wasn’t very big. Food was fresh though and tasted nice. Coffee was drip as with most places although for made to order restaurants I would expect a nicer coffee selection such as cappuccino. Pool area was nice but hot tub was a bit worn. Overall a nice stay but shabby in places

This is our third year in a row staying here. Great location and we use it as our hub for biking trips, shopping and touring the region. Great price and facilities with great free breakfast and parking.
