This is a older hotel that needs updating. It wasn't the cleanest. We slept fine.

It was disgusting, filthy, have yet to receive a full refund I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay there. There were dead bugs on the floor, wires sticking out of the wall, the bed skirts were filthy so was the shower and walls and much more it was so ghetto!!!

Budget friendly and a breakfast
Room was only made up once in 5 days

Cleanliness, no shower curtain, door had to be forceably shut to latch. On arrival waited 15 before anyone was at the desk (called and hit the bell to get assistance). Was in town for a family medical emergency so timeliness was important. Room was below standards, but was too busy dealing with my emergency to leave and go elsewhere.

The rooms were spacious and well cleaned and
When I had checked in, there was the smoke alarm beep going off constantly and when I went down to the front desk, it was like a new problem they hadn’t handled before, so it did take a minute to get that sorted out

The value is very good and it's in a good area, though a bit difficult to get into.
The heater is pulled away from the wall a bit and you can see the light from outside. The cold comes in and triggers the heater. I ended up putting a towel over the top and ended up turning the heater off. It's a bit noisy and gets to hot.
The window was broken, looks like a small caliber gun shot, though I kept telling myself it was from a rock.

Great location. Easy access from the freeway exit. It seemed to be quiet.
didn't hear alot of traffic noise. Price was ok!
The pillows were as hard as a flat board. They were flat and not acceptable. The bathtub was slippery. The strips used to prevent that were worn away, and there was only 1 washcloth. It was OkBreakfast was ok except for one other customer. And I wanted cereal and there were no bowls.

The hotel was falling apart outside and inn. It was dirty inside the room, lamps were broken, the pillows were tiny and you only get three. The room was advertised as a queen room but it was only a full sized bed. It took the staff a good 5 minutes to get to the desk to check us in. We were needing to get food and get to a concert so we didn’t have time to take pictures before we left.

Room was big.
Room and hotel need q overhaul. Blood or shit stains on mattress. Boogers on mattress. Walls and floors were not clean at all in bathroom. Too much money for a gross smelly run down hotel.

It was very dirty, stains on towels and sheets, hair on sheets, mattress was stained, door jam and floor molding in bathrooms were coming off the wall, fire alarm kept chirping, floor was sticky, parking spots were very narrow. My confirmed reservation was canceled and they had to put us on different floors and not next to the other part of my party. We were there for the weekend and didn’t get a change of towels. Light bulb was missing in lamp. It was $150 a night and I expected at least a decent clean room for that amount of money.

Room Bed
Breakfast I couldve gotten the same choices a 2 star hotel. I always thought of the Ramada as 5 star hotel with hot breakfast food such as scrambbled eggs, Bacon or Sausage. Waffles. I will most likely book at Best Western Next time for about $50 more I wouldve gotten a better breakfast a swiming pool and a hottub

This was the FILTHIEST place ive ever been too. The sheets were stained, the bedding had stuff all over it. It smelled like mildew and the microwave had mold on the top and was absolutely disgusting.

No soundproofing so we woke up when the people above us woke up. They were not doing anything wrong, but we could hear every step they took . Floors were filthy! Our feet were horrid from walking on the floor barefoot (just from bedtime).

The window screen was broken. The fan in the bathroom was the noisiest fan I have ever heard. The TV had no signal- so didn’t work.

The bed was so comfortable. Just a nice, homey room. And the Continental Breakfast was wonderful. Too many choices, that I gluttonly ate too much. 😀
The neighbor upstairs. Walked heavy and late at night they must've decided to rearrange the room. Nothing towards The Ramada. Just wish people could be more respectful.

It had so much to offer around it or within minutes.
The apartment style rooms smelled terrible and separate from the hotel. The furniture in those rooms were soiled and filthy. I didn't feel safe. We changed our reservation to the hotel itself. It was much better, but not well maintained.

Bathroom smells very bad the room smell as soon as you get in I have to get some fresh flowers from the store to cover the smell, not very clean and too dark even with all the lights turned on I guess to cover the dirty and smelly carpet!

They were accommodating moving us from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to my hip issue and not having an elevator. Bed was actually comfortable.
Rm 116 had water or body fluid stains on the first bed, floor had not been cleaned in what I would say is years due to a almost glazed look of the carpet from ground in grime, the work done to make the room was extremely sub par with cove base coming off in bathroom, shower faucet coming out of wall and dirverter coming out of wall and was repaired with an excessive amount of caulking but still not sealing it. Cigarette burns on tub, hair dryer with wall mount just sitting on closet shelf, dresser broken, ac hester unit was making a substantial noise each time it was running for heat. Walls had handprints and smudges, beds were on a built up frame made of wood with some extra bathroom flooring in spots stapled to cover the wood but most was missing, the chair had a large spot of what could be from a body fluid, and room smelled strong of urine as soon as we walked in. My wife sprayed body spray to try and hide it. I'm a general contractor licensed in washington state for many uears, and my wife used to be a hotel house keeper and head of house keeping in Ephrata wa. She was absolutly disgusted and said if she was head of house keeping she would have fired every single member in that dept. With how dirty the room was we decided to skip breakfast because if the room is that bad how clean is the kitchen or cooking equipment.

Paid extra for the "efficiency room". Outlets didn't have covers (loose wires hanging out), no batteries in smoke detectors, dirty sheets on the bed, dirty floors, items in dishwasher from previous visitors and shower drained really slow. It looked like no one had been in to clean and straighten things up before we picked up room keys.

Very run down, fridge didn't work, microwave I had to plug in to a power strip hanging from the wall. The hair dryer was one that should be mounted on the wall, but instead I pulled it out, put the unit on the counter to use the dryer. All attached still. Biscuit and gravy for the buffet, the biscuits were cold, possibly frozen. No coffee creamer, no fruit, hard boiled eggs in freezers looked like they'd been there awhile, all slimy.

A Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no hot water enough to take a quick shower. The last minute price was expected but my experience with other Ramada stays elsewhere were exceptional. Spokane definitely missed the mark.. reserve early at another place and save yourself a miserable stay at this place. Horrible stay.

Front desk staff was super friendly, quiet, fridge and microwave in room, good location, pancake machine
This place feels like no one has actually cleaned it for decades. Room was dirty, torn lampshades, chipped up furniture, filthy chairs, dirty mirrors (literally the easiest and most logical thing a housekeeper should do), water did not get hot, trash all over the property, most of the breakfast was not great; hard boiled eggs were like rubber, gravy tasted terrible, cold cereal was stale. What has happened to the Ramada name?

If I could go on more into detail about how gross the room was, it had never been wiped down in the corners of the bathroom, The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall with mold and stain on it pubic hair in the drain so after seeing all that, then going to lay down in the bed and think about what you’re sleeping and all night was not cool my wife is a cancer patient and has a very weak immune system so this is very bad for us. Not that that is something we usually have to think about too much or that we’re too overly zealous about! But when it’s that bad, it is something we have to be concerned about the staff was friendly. The lobby was clean, but entering the building where our room was was gross dirty dingy. I have pictures of everything on my wife’s phone if you’re interested let me know

Staff were very nice. Able to make a last minute booking so that was great.
Not very clean. The bed had black hairs all over the top blanket. Had to be removed.
7.0 / 10.0
Access to the room was easy, The bed was really comfortable to sleep on and the room was clean.
The tv was having issues and would not turn on and the remote did not work. Called the front desk, who responded quickly, and was advised that the plug that connects to the tv comes unplugged and will not stay attached. Was also advised that the remote was an old remote and all that we could do with it was change the channel. If we wanted to adjust the volume or actually turn the tv on/off we had to do that manually on the tv itself. The breakfast options were a little underwhelming. Cold biscuits with gravy, bagels and muffins. Also did not see coffee available.
