Pillows were really comfortable, bed was decent. Large kitchen with full fridge which was really nice.
Even though we were close to the freeway I didn’t hear any road noise, the hotel was very quiet.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The first room we went to was not very clean. The smell of dog was overwhelming and there was pet hair on the counter, toilet, and in the tub.
The receptionist was great about understanding and offering us a different room. The second room was very clean and nice.

Hotel is located far into the eastern Spokane Valley, about 8 mi from the ID border. Inconvenient for most purposes, but perfect for my purposes. A short walk away is an excellent Mexican restaurant with good service and great drinks. The Centennial Trail is about 1/3mi away. Room was large and included a servicable kitchen.
I wouldn't stay here unless I had interests in the eastern Spokane Valley. Way too far from the action in Spokane proper. More importantly for my stay was the utter unwillingness of the staff to resolve a big problem created by the corporate take-over of the prior owner of this hotel building. I made my reservations long in advance, and this corporation took it over. It then sent me promotional emails. But when I showed up at the front desk after a 60 mi bike ride, they had *no* record of my reservation for a 3-day stay. And did nothing to help; they simply pointed at Booking. They utterly failed at their responsibilities as a business or as a front desk & management staff.

Front desk lady was incompetent and rude. She could not program our key card and said we had to leave our room latch in the door leaving it left open if we were to leave anywhere.
Insisted the hotel was full, despite the nearly empty parking lot.

Location close to interstate
Dirty-pulled out vents from air conditioner and it was filthy. My boyfriend got stuck in elevator. Our keys continuously didn’t work eventually they changed out the battery on our door. I was overcharged for the room. I was told I’d get a refund in 7 to 10 days for that overcharge and the inconvenience of our cards and elevator and I haven’t seen anything to date yet.

Room was sizeable and well furnished. Everything was clean & functional. Hotel was adjacent to freeway, so it wasn't great to have the window open but wasn't terrible or smelly either. A great Mex restaurant was a short walk away, as was the Centennial Trail along the river which extends to Spokane and Couer d'Alene. Price was reasonable but not great for a place WAY out in the valley.
I seriously downgraded as the hotel had no record of the 3 day reservation I'd made many months prior thru booking.com. Much worse, both the desk clerk & their manager assumed ZERO responsibility for the error or the position it put me in, simply blaming booking. Realistically, this was the hotel chain's responsibility as they bought the property from another hotel chain after the time I booked my reservation. The core problem is that the new chain failed to reconcile the reservation list they maintained with that from Booking.com.
I has arrived for a high school reunion nearby, after a 500 mile bike ride. And the hotel staff merely says "not our problem." THAT justifies the downgrade.

The staff was pleasant.
Elevator broken.. I had knee surgery and had to walk up to third floor.
Heater did not work.
Public restroom had lid off tank and plunger was disconnected from chain.

Room was dirty...used washcloths on the bathroom floor...used kleenex by the bed...light fixture above the mirror in bathroom did not work...neither did the hair dryer...find another place to stay!...this is the first time I've left a review after hundreds of bookings through booking.com

Nothing
Though the room was assembled appropriately, there was an ungodly stench. There were stains on the carpet. The room stunk horribly of wet, dog, dog poop, and some chemical that made both myself and my friend sick. The staff at the front desk was indignant, unhelpful and sarcastic. And proceeded to speak about the owners being cheap and will not refund what I paid for the room that we spent 10 minutes in. We left and I had to go rent another room at another location with a much better experience and facility. They heard what we had been through an Oxford suites where we wound up spending the night went above and beyond to make up for where this facility lacked dramatically.

Hot water
Tv in room didn't work, extremely noisy, uncomfortable bed, hard towels. Told they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash complimentary and they were empty and ignored when we said something about it. Lighting in the room sucked. Won't return

The clerks were helpful and friendly.
The room was filthy, the sheets stained, it smelled like pee, and the refrigerator froze (and ruined) everything in it!

We picked this because of the price and location.
There is a lot of road noise, no breakfast. The light over the bathroom sink didn’t work, so there was a floor lamp in there!
No TV channel guide or any way on the TV to know what stations were available.

It was quiet. Shower was clean.
The room has dust cobwebs on the curtain to the wall. The beds were hard. I left my personal pillow and called was told yes it was found and they would send it. It had been a month my pillow was never sent to me.

The location was perfect as I visited the World Wide Dreambuilders headquarters and the Spokane Valley Center Place Regional Center.
The staff could have been friendlier. I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff, not necessarily unwelcome, but they definitely could have been friendlier.
I thought it was a little pricy, I found the best price on booking.com

I've stayed here before and liked how it was tucked away from the busyness of the city. Enjoyed the accessibility of the mall and off ramp to the freeway.
Originally I had reserved it for July 18-20. I then had to change the dates to July 25-27. The price went up $70!!!! There was no big events going on in Spokane and even though there is a kitchen, this place was not worth $150/night.

Easy to find, right off the freeway. Nice big room with kitchenette including full size refrigerator. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff.
Nothing I didn't like, everything was good.

Close to the mall
It stank like hot feet and sweat
5.0 / 10.0
It was a 2 star hotel so my expectations were not high. It was relatively clean although the room across the hall from me was open for several days due to a mildew smell complaint from a different occupant. I appreciated having the kitchenette.
It was a 2 star hotel so my expectations were pretty low. The staff did not seem to be well informed about the hotel's policies. The construction of the building allows sound to travel. Whenever someone opened a door within 3-4 rooms from my room, it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. Very disconcerting. The pet relief area was steep incline, making it hazardous for folks with mobility issues. Also the room rates vary wildly and the price I paid was far above what was being offered for the same nights after I checked in.

The price was good.
The bed frames were larger than the bed with protruding iron angles that caused an injury on my leg. Besides that, the coffee machine was broken. The electricity in the room tripped a couple times that scared us and took a while to figure out.

Convenient location. Good choice for overnight stay on road trip.
Noisy air conditioner.

Friendly staff, great location
Hotel is run down
My bedsheets had a small stain on them (think it was blood), trim missing off of nightstand and dresser, hair bathtub wall .

The rooms were fine.
The $100 cash deposit when you walk in the door. This is not communicated anywhere. Everybody walking in is supposed with this. The. They tell you everybody does it. As if it is standard and you don’t know what you are doing. Then look out if you question it. They attack you!

Great staff, clean. stayed here when this was MyPlace and had to bring own pots, pans, and plates, but now that it is a Choice Hotel. pots, pans, plates and bowls were included in room. Great money saver not having to go out to eat.
Some of my neighbors were pretty noisy.

Pet friendly, large room, easy parking, hot shower
Kitchen was set up poorly, greasy dishes in closets, no utensils, microwave near floor (in pet friendly room!). It was hard to get someone at desk due to understaffed
8.0 / 10.0
Room was nice. Full size (if unstocked) kitchen.
Visitors should be aware that the "kitchen" has no dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, NADA. It was OK for us, as we had other hotels on our trip that just had a 'frig and microwave, but it could be a real problem for people expecting to have a "kitchen".

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and managed well.
Not a big fan of white lighting. A softer warmer light would make the rolls more inviting.
There is a considerable amount of highway noise in the room on the side we stayed.

Fridge table chairs
Noisiest place I ever stayed
2.0 / 10.0
We had two rooms. One looked like cleaning staff rushed and missed a bunch, one room hadn’t been cleaned or prepared at all. We asked for a different room. The next smelled overwhelmingly of vomit. We asked for a different room. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there were ashes in the bathroom, which wasn’t properly cleaned.

The location to I-90 was exceptional for the visit I had with my son.
I liked having dinner options so close to My Place... very convenient!
The parking lot is very small. It fit the vehicles there...it appeared and felt cramped.
10.0 / 10.0
Pet friendly which is very important for me because I have a Service Dog.
4.0 / 10.0
Bed was comfy.
For.the price it's over rated. The .instead you check in your told you must pay for soap and more. The location is right off main highway so if your a light sleeper you will hear the traffic. I know many things are inflated badly but this was bad
