Breakfast was fine bagels were hard

Furniture was very worn and used. Construction was ongoing and had we known that we wouldn't have stayed there. Also construction workers must have hit something to make fire alarm go off.

Just ok

Broken thermostat in room set at 90° couldn’t get it cooler temperature in the Spokane area was in the load of mid 40s at night so you got really cold. The swimming pool was ice. Cold didn’t seem like the pool heater worked.

I know this was a pet unit but the couch/hideabed desperately needs to be replaced . It is uncomfortable and very used. And why is the ac compressor located in the bedroom closet? Noisy.

Staff in always friendly and helpful, Sha always goes out of her way to make sure everything is up to standards.

The facility has a fire alarm system problem and would go off for no reason, at times for an hour. The decor is very dated and needs to be renewed. Awful color scheme.

Breakfast supplied was ok. Nice to have cup of coffee. I like the kitchen stove top for cooking. I can avoid food sensitivities. Boys like tv in room

Halloween Birthday with my granddaughter

my granddaughter’s family lives in Spokane Valley. she and I both live to swim so we enjoyed the heated pool and Naturally lit pool room very much! We LOVED the basket ball court and the equipment we had access to! I loved the friendly staff VERY MUCH!!!! The laundry facilities were a wonderful benefit. Very clean!

We were sad the hot tub didn’t work.

I expected to get what i paid for

I initially got this hotel room to spend a great night with my girls for V-Day, it had an indoor pool (listed working on the website), and a nice suite with breakfast. I paid a pretty penny for this night. The pool wasn’t open and the breakfast was sub par. The room was nice and clean. I would have liked to know some of the facilities were not going to be open, i might have stayed somewhere cheaper if i knew that.

Won't stay there again. It appears the residence inn does not have any interest to update/upgrrade.

Staff were friendly and accommodating

Rooms were old and dirty. Furniture in room were old torn up and broken. While in the room had to kill a couple of spiders. Shwer was not clean and wallpaper on the corners where it met the cei8 had mold
