they promissed discount for no water but so far still waiting

size of the room, frigge, microwave

being older hotel it it noisy, freeway noise is really annoying. also soundproofing between the floor is very weak, someone walked above us between 2 and 4 am and it was so noisy that woke us up, also in the morning there was no water in the shower and only cold water in the sink

We love this property. Great location close to the freeway, mall, restaurants. Very clean. Happy, helpful staff. Breakfast is good! Plenty of hot fresh food choices.

Well kept with newer furnishings, spacious rooms

Pillows were lumpy, tub surroundings (caulking) had dark stains , quilt had sweat stains, communal containers of toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc) not sanitary, bathroom lights too dim, no pen or paper

Relaxing stay in Spokane

The check in process was great as was the customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. The workout facility was very nice and had great equipement. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The young lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive.

We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival we saw 3 motor coaches parked outside. LOTS of kids for the Nike Regional X-country race. We were a little worried about noise. They were great. 2nd night we had awful neighbors above us! Walking back and forth with VERY heavy feet all night and into the morning. Didn’t get much of any sleep that night.

Great Property

We stay here several times a year when visiting family. It's a great location for us and the staff is always friendly. I was happily surprised on this trip when they updated our king room to a suite. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to town.

Might be a nice hotel but my experience was not great because of the room location.

The breakfast had eggs and sausage

Having to pay for the room in advance to make a reservation with no refund. When I arrived at 5:45 pm I was told there were no rooms available away from the freeway so I was given the noisiest room in the hotel right against the freeway and the ice machine. Also the toilet paper was the thinnest and like sandpaper.

We stayed in a handicap room and it was the safest bath/shower with multiple safety bars of any hotel we have stayed in. I loved the fact that it had a personal shower in it! Thank you so much!

An amazing stay that I hope my kids remember forever

Very well decorated, clean, and comfortable! Pool and hot tub were nice and accessible. All staff were exceptionally friendly and personable. Breakfast was amazing as well! We will definitely stay here for any further trips to the area.

Great location. Near the mall and right off the freeway. The room was very comfortable and the full, hot breakfast was exceptional. The staff is very kind. Excellent place to stay.

Wish the staff had told us when we requested the ground floor that being a pet friendly hotel the ground floor rooms usually go to the pets so our room really did smell like dogs. Lucky it wasn’t that offensive for us but some people might have been upset but I would’ve preferred to have known.

We were extremely pleased with everything @ the Hampton Inn Spokane Valley Hotel. The front desk employees were very helpful & friendly. We were pleased with the breakfast & coffee station. Our room was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & will look forward to coming back.

Not a Happy camper!

Excellent rooms and bedding Ok breakfast

Checked in to 405 unpacked ALL our stuff then discovered toilet was broken and the room was supposedly blocked off but they gave it to us anyway. Moved all our stuff to 410 and asked for a discount rate for our inconvenience according to their “Happiness Policy” displayed prominently at the front desk. Discount and/or comped room was declined because we had booked through Booking. Com There is something very wrong here if using “Your” service negates any responsibility on the part of your participating properties to enforce their own corporate policies. Call me VERY disenchanted. I really don’t know whether to quit using Booking. Com Or Hampton Inns, or both!

There was a group across the hall and one door down from our room. It appeared to be a convention or something similar and every time they opened the door their music was VERY loud. The people were friendly but it was very loud.

Expensive for uncomfortable bed :(

The breakfast room is nice and roomy, food was good and nice variety. Property close to shopping and freeway and nice area to walk.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable and something was horribly wrong with their phone system. Nothing more annoying than phone ringing at 6 am and every few minutes after that. Unbelievable they didn’t shut this down when they new about it.

cost seems high. I paid less going to the Disney hotel for a week and when I stayed in Seattle. Breakfast could use some help. often cold and more fruit selection
