The breakfast had every option we could have hoped for and the staff (a woman with dark hair--I'm sorry but I just can't recall her name) was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Kudos to Oxford for hiring her. Such a credit to the establishment. Give her a raise! (:
Our room was very clean. We had an issue with one of the clean bed sheets--as it was rough--and the staff saw to it that it was changed out quickly. Someone got a nice tip for that quick service.
