The fridge was broken. The outlet to the fridge and to the night stand were broken. I had to put the night stand to another outlet to be able to charge my phone. The water from the tub had brown dirt floating like it was never washed from previous use.

There was two floors and no elevator, we didn’t know about and my husband has a bad hip and we had such a hard time climbing the stairs. And some general maintenance issues .

Waffles, yogurt & coffee hit the spot. I liked the use of 2nd floor, but I don’t have trouble w/stairs. Is there an elevator in building?

Toilet in #109 was very low. I’m 5’9” My friend 5’5” We both had trouble w/this. We’re both over 70 years old. Maybe some consideration to age of guest when assigning rooms for rails or grab bars. Not everyone can figure out or reach tank top or grab sink edge to get up/off stool.

Good value budget hotel in very accessible location.

Didn't take breakfast due to my schedule. Location very convenient. Hotel clean and tidy, room quiet ut in need of minor TLC. Recent redecoration needed better attention to detail and the room ventilation unit was duct-taped to the wall. Furniture in room was comfortable with no obvious staining, though looked tired. Bed was extremely comfortable with clean linens and pillows did their job perfectly! Carpet and (small) bathroom floor were clean. Shower worked fine once set to good temperature. Plenty of hot water. Easy, safe parking. Check-in functional and check-out much nicer (different staff!)

Check-in experience - not very personable staff. Nothing else to dislike. Hotel was not at all busy, so may be different at busy time.

Was not clean! Found mold on wall behind mattress and stains on mattress cover and comforter like had bugs in the past. Plus a centipede? was crawling on my husband’s face in the night!

Have No Reason to ever stay in a Quality inn again.

Room smelled musty. Walls were dirty, hand prints on corners, ceiling had dust from A/C as its never been cleaned. Bathroom had No working vent fan. Carpet is filthy. Mattress is older than I am and Im in my 50’s.

If you a name like Quality Inn… you need to present Quality in ever facet. #1 image upon pulling up to facility, rotten rafters hanging out under building roof… exterior of building hasn’t been touched in Years!!

Not what I expected

Not pleasing so I went to a restaurant for breakfast. Don’t like how the milk was stored

I did not like having to walk up the stairs to my room as I have arthritis in both knees and quite a bit to carry. The place is dark and has some activities going on drug wise. Definitely not the type of hotel I would choose for vacation. The atmosphere and pics online are totally different in person. The vending machine literally had about 4 to 5 items in it so I defiant going to try the soda machine in fear of losing my money.

The site said there was full breakfast food offered including waffles and eggs however when I went down for breakfast all there was was cereal. Also the fridge freezer was covered in frost unusable.

The guy at the front desk seemed to be an angry person. He seemed to act like everything was a big issue or problem. We’ve stayed here a lot and it’s the first time anyone seemed to just be rude.

Staff were kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We were on motorcycles and they suggested we park under the entrance so their security could keep an eye on them. Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Very nice!!

smelled like fried fish, blood in the bathroom floor, filthy bathtub, dirty microwave, broken old furniture, dirty bed coverings, walls dirty. Disgusting. Felt like I needed a shower worse after sleeping there than when I arrived.

Hotel was easy to get to off the highway. Hotel room was clean. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff were very nice and helpful.
