The room was comfortable the bed and pillows are the best. The location is perfect for where we go and visit our daughter. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.. it was gross we told the front desk about it and also the shower curtain rod was falling down, they came in and fixed that while we were out. But morning #2 woke up and could smell cigarettes again, next time we are going to stay on a lower level had no issues on floor 2 but 4th floor was not good..

We booked 3 rooms together and it was nice to be all be there together.

I booked this particular place for the indoor pool and when we checked in they told us the pool was closed because they were draining it and cleaning. It looked like the pool had been closed for quite some time because there was algae in the water that was half drained and the entire 4 days we were there they were not working on the pool in any manner. Also, and this is my own fault, I didn't notice that we had to purchase our own breakfast if we wanted to eat. The menu was very very pricey considering all the restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We never used their restaurant at the hotel.

The hotels was smelled like weed, our room was dirty and had a smell bad. I went to front office to complain about the dirty rooms, they try to give me other rooms, I went to check out which one is not dirty, all of them 8 rooms were dirty. Very loud in the hotel. Never will stay at that hotel it’s was very bad all 3 days. People were fighting and yelling at 3 in the morning by our window. Very disappointed

The staff was wonderful the company needs to update their information online because most of it is wrong there are no hot tubs in any of the rooms but the staff was wonderful they let us have access to the pool and hot tub at all times and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed 🙂

Clean, pleasing decor. Employees were all wonderful and helpful. The beds are WONDERFUL!

Only small complaint would be there are No USB type outlets. Only brought 1 ac plug and 4 people wanting or needing to charge their cell phones.

the pool was extremely dirty. I don’t think the filters were on at all, we lost 2 dive rings because we couldn’t see in the water. motorcycles were reaving their engines until 2 in the morning. guests fighting in the hall till 5 in the morning and the whole hotel smelled like weed

The staff was nice considering when we tried to check in they had no record of my reservation even after showing my confirmation email. Staff was calm and polite.

Due to booking.com our reservation was screwed up. They had no confirmation and could not find my reservation. The facility is run down. The main lobby smelled like mildew and the elevator was dirty and our bathroom had mold.
