The staff was amazing.. Shout out to Andrew who was Absolutely the BEST !!! There were power companies in from out of state due to weather it was crazy hectic in the pm, Andrew never missed a beat taking care of everyone !!
The pool was not clean cloudy with a film on it ( wasn’t going in that and no jacizzi :( !!! I feel if it’s not working it should state that on the website.

The staff is always super friendly! They had a big event down the road from the hotel and it was sold out but the staff kept smiling and remained friendly and professional! Of course the beds are super comfy and pillows too!
The bathroom door was hard to open that would be all I can say negative.

It was clean and quiet
Stayed here for the breakfast included so I didn't have to worry about buying breakfast for all my kids.. Go to breakfast in the morning, and there was none. So now I have to pay for all of us to eat out somewhere and the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude about the situation. They could have atleast had SOMETHING out, even if it was just cereal
