It was horrible

The hotel was just nasty, there were blue rose petals on the floor from the previous people who stayed there also the floor was dirty with stains everywhere also there was a huge roach on the lamp shade next to the bed.

Room was wonderful. Staff seemed friendly.

We were 5 minutes too late for breakfast, so no opinion. Everything was great until the room next to us was briefly occupied by loud sexual noises. This was followed by loud talking and then everyone left. It was impossible to sleep until around 3:30 when they were finished.

Not clean enough or updated enough

The location was good.

Staff except for one was not friendly and unprofessional. The morning staff walked out with a blanket wrapped around her head and body and barely spoke. The hotel was extremely run down and needed lots of repairs and updates. Stains on all furniture that I looked at including the entry way of the hotel. Carpet was bumpy looking down the halls.

The whirlpool was nice and big.

The bed was a bit too firm for me. And when we got done with the whirlpool there was like soot or dirt that I knew wasn't from us in it. Looked like it came from jets.

I Liked that it offered a breakfast that was more than just fruit.

The hotel itself is run down, unkept and dirty. The room had sticky stains all over the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling and the couch was peeled badly.

Hotel was disgusting. Furniture was tore stains all over the carpet bed bugs endures and on mattress. Ask for a refund after seeing how dirty the room was. But they would not give me a refund, so I had to go get another hotel room across the street.

The ladder in the pool was broken and no hot tub. A guest was smoking marijuana right outside the lobby doors which came right into the lobby for a couple of days.

The stay was extremely disappointing so I cancelled my second night.

The sheets were disgusting on one bed and there was garbage under and around it, had to remove it when new bedding arrived. Pool had multiple chlorine tablets floating in it. Staff was not friendly and acted like issues were not their problem!

I couldn’t recommend because the room needed to be renovated.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It was incomplete at 7:00 am when it was opening but the staff continued to get it ready. The coffee was good. It was close to the highway.

The door bolt in our first room wouldn’t lock so we were moved next door. The room was very tired and in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet was disgustingly stained. The furniture was beat up. There were holes in the curtains. The bathroom sink was cracked. The tub faucet was reversed (cold was hot; hot was cold). The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was too tight to close.

It was good for the most part

I didn’t eat the breakfast . The only issue I had was the tv remote wasn’t working very well I had to be right at the T V for it to work. Even then it wasn’t easy to get the channel to change . It would have been nice if there had been a channel guide left in the room . Other than that, it was a good experience.

Just the remote not working properly and parking was not as good as I would have liked but of course that was not the fault of the hotel.

Usually has a very nice breakfast, but this time it’s seem like it was reheated from the day before. The hashbrowns were hard and tough. The sausage was shriveled up. Otherwise we always enjoy staying here.

The carpets were filthy in the room. There was a bed bug. The pool was closed. And the hotel manager was not willing to discount the room or compensate considering I booked on this website. She told me I had to go through the website I booked from.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a lot more than I have had at other motels. The rooms were comfy and clean for the most part, the only thing that was not clean was under the dressers was dirt and bottle caps and the carpet is stained and a little dirty. I have seen worse.

Cleanliness under furniture. Pool wasn’t open for 3 of the 4 days we were there and the jacuzzi was also closed.
