Nice stay

The room was very nice and spacious. Loved that little couch!! The bathroom was nicely done also. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable.

The only complaint I have is the cost of the pet fee. I realize you have to worry about potential damage, but my dog is cleaner in the room than some of your guests. I can understand a pet deposit in case there is a mess or damage that gets refunded if everything is good

Short & sweet

The gal responsible for working the breakfast bar was so sweet but totally overwhelmed. Apparently there were no show employees, but no alternative arrangements were made. She was doing her best but it was just too much for one person. I felt horrible for her.

Staff upon check-in was great.

I contacted staff via phone after my conference was over, assessing the ability to return. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Also, I was placed next to a family that was very loud and using of seeing language on my first night and had to have my room moved. The second room that I was moved to the heat did not work properly, but at that point, I did not want to move anymore as I had a conference in the morning. The overall stay could’ve been better. The second night I checked in to the holiday and across the street.

The entire place was very clean and the location was perfect for what I needed to do. The room was also clean and the bathroom/shower was excellent.

The beds were incredibly hard. I woke up every morning with sore ribs. The pillows also were quite uncomfortable. I had to wait 10 minutes the night I checked in because the guy in the back apparently didn't hear me come in. It was also very expensive, especially considering how empty it was.
