They never salted the ice on the lot and sidewalks and I fell down and hurt my shoulder and scraped my hand,asked the front desk about it and they said I was not supposed to park back there and use that door,door was left partially open because it never closes properly and she told me 2 days ago to park there and use that door, maintenance man said they didn't supply any salt for him to use and said they don't care
