The hotel is right by the train tracks, and multiple trains came through during the night, making it hard to sleep.

I typically don't care for hotel breakfasts, but the eggs and sausage were fresh and the English muffins hit the spot! The staff was wonderful. I didn't get everyone's name that helped us, but Emily was friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and when asked sbout a specific restaurant we were thinking of trying, was able to help guide us. Her opinion was spot on and we loved the restaurant! Another employee was kind enough to look through lost and found for us and let us borrow a block for our charger so we could charge our phone. He was super nice to do that for us and we appreciate it very much. And yet another employee was kind as we checked out. No grumpy employees here! The bed was ultra comfortable and we slepg well. The room was very clean and we have no complaints at all about our stay.

The hotel was great for the area. Only downfall is that there is no enforcement of the “quiet” time - or there just isn’t the rule. The rooms surrounding us were LOUD until after 3am. It was horrible. Otherwise service was amazing. Nice, comfortable, clean, easy access.

Extremely friendly staff, my room was nice and clean, full of towels, good water pressure, and the breakfast was nice with a nice lobby. I'll be back next month when I visit my family again, thank you for the very relaxing few days.

Room 200 smelled bad like someone smoke cigarettes or trap beer. The sheets smells so much as well, hard for me to enjoy the room. My allergies kick in soon I walk in. They try to cover the smell with spray. The rest was great room.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, refrig worked and the coffee they use in the room is actually good. We didn’t hear the train so supper quiet room. Breakfast was top notch. Very impressed My duaghters room however was a different story. The refrig was froze over and melting. The room smelled moldy. I ask for a different room but was told they didn’t have one. This was at 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I asked to have the refig replaced or fixed. That never happened. Next morning, different front desk person, explaned the issue and ask that they be moved to a different roon. "Oh, sure. No problem but it will be after they clean a room." The kids were moved at 10:30am. Persistence pays off. The kids said the new room was great.

the street is obviously a drag strip. every 45 minutes all night, friday night. i went expecting a pool, daily towels, beds at least made, floor swept. nada, nothing was done. all 2-star. no one told me i needed to request daily room service, pool was out of commission, no one working on it. did get towels from front desk, and after complaining was told it 'was all on the website' but that was not true, no where was it stated that there was no pool, no daily clean dry towels, ormroom service. will not be back.
