A terrible stay experience; I would never stay here again!

The facilities are outdated and need updating! Located in a desolate and remote area, the most infuriating thing was that after paying the full amount by credit card, when we arrived at the property at night, they demanded an additional $15 cash per room, otherwise they wouldn't let us check in! We had no choice; it was too late and inconvenient, so we were forced to pay the extra $15 in cash!

It was absolutely horrible!

It was absolutely awful! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! It was very sketchy from the moment we arrived, until we left, about 10 minutes later! It was a place for prostitution, drugs, anything else that’s dealing, or underhanded!

Everything could’ve been better! We drove to our parking place outside of the hotel. Some man was watching us. He kept moving the curtains to see what we were doing.

False advertising

The privacy..

I paid for a king suite, but when i got there, i was given a regular room, that was absolutely nasty, only 1 bed, no balcony like i pd for, nopull out couch, no in room jacuzzi, etc.. i pd. For a nice room, and got a room not suitable for an animal.. jighly disappointed..

I will never stay here again.

The room I had was fine. It was clean, no bugs or trash. I felt safe in there. . Good people working though, they just have their work cut out for them.

This place needs a lot of renovation, I felt kind of ashamed to be so expecting of the place for as little as I paid. This place is dirty until you enter the room. There were cigarette burns and stains on the blankets and pillows.The hall and the outside somewhat frightened me. Broken windows, old damaged curtains. Continental breakfast offered but not recieved, but I wouldnt have eaten it anyway. dirty outside of the room.

Not worth the price

Front desk people are not very welcoming. The hallways smell like marihuana. Room seemed clean but extremely outdated, everything is too old. AC I think is from the 60s or 70s. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

It was a place to stay if you had no money to get a better room

I didn't really like anything

The hallways smelled badly of smoke mold in the room show falling apart curtains had holes in them. The room was not fit to rent out. It was kinda expensive for what the room looked like barely any lights. Holes in the bath room under the sink.

Use caution

The only thing I can say is there was good water pressure. Cheap

Old outdated, smell in room, not the cleanest place. Someone had put their fist through bathroom door and a piece of wood was screwed over the inside of door to cover hole. Parking lot full of nails. A spring gate closer installed on entry door. They are under renovations but not sure they have hired the right people for the job. Place needs a lot of work.

Never again.

The check in process was fairly easy. Easy access off 70. That is all I can think of. The room smelt pretty good and the AC worked well.

Parking lot was littered with broken glass, no grass for the dog. The room was a smoking room which we did not want, so there were cigarette burns everywhere. There were mysterious fluids on the curtains and carpet. The bathroom shower was peeling and disgusting from water damage. The bed was very uncomfortable and ancient. No mattress protector. The room was right by the ice/ soda machine and it was super loud. We were charged extra for the dog after getting an email that it was no extra charge.

Everything.. Everything is broken or falling apart. Hardly any towels. Ridiculous pet fee ($20) 🙄. No breakfast &&&& the male staff worker is RUDE
