Overall our stay was good.

Loved the convenience of being attached to the civic center. Also, loved the parking garage connection.

Breakfast was not very good sadly. Everything was very plain and bland and even the pastries were a disappointment. The coffee also tasted like it was old and had been reheated.

The toilet did not work in our room. Our friends had a room where the sink was leaking so they had to put a wastebasket under it and then their smoke alarm went off very late at night for no reason

Great comfort after a long day on the road

We got upgraded to a suite for free. It was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was so polite. Great location while on our road trip. We got to go into town for a bite to eat and stopped at a lovely restaurant. The whole experience was wonderful because it was during the holidays and everything was decorated nicely too! If I had to stop in Lima again I would come back to this hotel.

Our son goes to school in Lima and this hotel is our go to if needing to stay overnight! Large rooms, comfy beds to sink into and pillows so fantastic you want to steal them! (Actually on my Christmas list!).

Breakfast was great, Coffee and hot served foods nice and hot. A variety of breads, sweet rolls, fresh food and other items available. The breakfast attendant always making sure everything is available and nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Overall Great Stay

The room was great. Enjoyed the upgraded suite that I forgot I booked. It was very clean. AC worked great. Room was spacious with nice extras like a wet bar. It was close to the convention center so we will be back for sure especially for our son's graduation from UNOH.

The location didn't seem to be in the best part of town although we had no issues.The pullout bed was very uncomfortable for my almost 6 foot teenage son. He tried just sleeping on the couch the next night and that wasn't good either.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel was the quietest I've ever been in.The room was clean and a good size. Amenities were thete and available. The staff was professional and helpful when needed. The complimentary breakfast was good, with many choices.

Nice location… huge 6th floor king rooms

Great location in downtown! Comfy beds and the king bed room on the 6th floor was HUGE

I witnessed a receptionist yell at and cuss at a hotel guest. The hotel guest commented something to her and she proceeded to yell at her and cuss about meat in a fridge. The guest and others around thought she was joking and she was not. It left us in the lobby a tad uncomfortable. Could have been handled much better
