Was no stay..

Booked room on web site with credit card..Arrived and their server was down so couldn't even check in so had to find another hotel..On top of that they still charged my card for the room I never checked into..

Booked 3 rooms. 1 room was dirty and had not been cleaned when we arrived. 2nd room had no running water.

One of the Best hotel I've stayed in

I loved almost everything about it. The location, was near so many restaurants and stores. The staff were very friendly. The pool was warm. Great selection for breakfast. I enjoyed playing in the arcade with the kids. They even let us have a late check-out with no extra charge. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The only downside was the beds were a little hard.

Clean, convenient location. Loved the atrium area, it kept our kids entertained while at the hotel.

Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection. They had a variety of options, however my family wanted to have pancakes or waffles which was an option but it was pumpkin spice flavor batter so they ended up skipping.

I liked the location proximity to the hospital that I was working at.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There were crumbs on the floor, toothpaste smeared on the counter, feces on the side of the toilet, and several hairs in the shower upon my arrival. I arrived late and had to work early in the morning, but I went and got cleaning supplies for the next day. There were also homeless people loitering outside which made me feel not at ease being a young female traveler.

The design layout was different than usual hotels. Enjoyed the atrium with games.

Elevator was a little scary and carpet in room felt greasy/dirty. Even though layout was neat, was difficult to go to bed early due to noise from other guests.

Great hotel

The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The arcade was fun and they also have a big fitness room. The pool area was clean. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool and breakfast was really good and we had a good stay. Definitely will be back again.
