Front desk was pathetic, room was ok. Front desk wanted me to come immediately at 12 and pay for next night when reservation was made and there was a card on file. Never again in this hotel. The lady was not even apoligetic when I said that the experience was bad.

The place is outdated shabby room furnishings mold in the shower dirt in the shower duct tape things a very deserted place. There were five cars when I checked in at 4:00 5:00. It was not a safe place for me to stay by myself and I won't be back.

This place is definitely run down and needs some serious TLC. The first room we were given I refused to stay in, as there was a strong sent of urine. The second room didn’t have a smell but the room is so rundown it was hard to tell if it was dirty or just seriously run down.

Wifi did not reach our room, breakfast was to be from 1 dirty do it yourself waffle maker, or cereal that looked like it was form last year, and a total of 2 paper plates available, no maid service unless a 3 day stay, refrigerator, blow dryer neither worked, was told the next day by locals that it is the popular place for a lot of illegal activity. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

I asked the guy who checked me in to submit my stay to Windham. He said that he wouldn't. I fount that odd since on a earlier stay the lady did that with no problem and that was a Quality inn also. I also got my room key in a used jacket. I was absolutely blown away by that that one. It made me really wonder waht else what being cheapened out on.

I stayed overnight and I would say my visit was ok. Room was mostly clean but outdated decor made the room seem dark and dreary. Carpets are kind of nasty. Bathroom could use some good scrubbing. Staff were very nice.

We stayed for 2 nights and were not aware that our bed would not be made nor our towels changed. It didn't ruin our stay but would have been nice to be aware of in advance.

The hotel offers a complimentary free breakfast which we couldn’t attend because breakfast was served on the second floor and the hotel did not have guest elevators. Being elderly with stiff arthritic knees it wasn’t safe and not worth our time. The website should list the lack of elevators. I would have been very upset had I arrived and been give. a second floor room

It's an older hotel but clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Breakfast was basic, breads, muffins, cereal, coffee machine, greek yogurt and a waffle machine. Overall ok.

The carpets on the main areas of the hotel were terrible. And the hallway smelled like sewer. Thankfully, it looked like there was fairly new carpeting in the room. The bathroom tub water stood when you took a shower. The shower walls did not look clean nor did the nightstand look very well. The beds were comfortable enough and looked decent, but the main blanket on top was stained and nasty. It did for the one night stay, but I would never go back again.

I thought the room was fine. But for the 3 days I stayed, I never had housekeeping service. I had to empty my own trash, and flag down a housekeeper on another floor for toilet paper. Also, the breakfast offerings were very limited, no oatmeal, bagels.

Great value for the money. Everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast options were good, especially yogurt. Milk in the breakfast area was slightly curdled but seemed fresh enough. Toilet in our room was very loud to flush, but in general this hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

We were heading home and decided to stop for the night instead of driving through the evening. We booked one hour before arrival. The front desk workers were polite and friendly and we were in our room in 5 minutes. The hotel is no-frills, but it was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was the typical foods and was fine.

The hotel was good. The breakfast was not great. I wanted an english muffin but it was so hard/stale that you couldn't cut it with a chainsaw. Also the hotel's web site said the breakfast was available until 10:00am but they cleared all the food out after 9:00am. I even told the front desk about that but they said they had a sign at the front desk about the end time for breakfast being 9:00am.

It was run down and smelled of mildew. I have asthma and allergies and could not stay. We left after 5minutes. We need to get a hold up f Expedia for a refund.

Hot breakfast was make your own waffles. Coffee was lukewarm. No juices as dispenser did not work. Muffins looked good but had a long hair baked into the one I cut open, so didnt eat it. Donuts were hard. Opted to leave and got breakfast down the road.

It was a check in nightmare. Not sure where evrything went downhill. I hope I don't get billed multiple times, because the guy at the front desk ran multiple cards before he was satisfied.
