Fairfield Inn & Suites Lima

The building is a older Fairfield but the rooms were clean for the most part and the staff was amazing. The location is close to the mall in Lima and have many options of places to eat around there.

The shower curtain was dirty on the inside. And the light in the parking lot was flickering. The house keeping staff needs to make sure there is clear walk ways in the hallway when they have their carts in the halls.

Every staff person was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Staff was above and beyond in every way!

This place is nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

Staff were very nice. Bed comfortable. We love the big table in lobby to play games on.

The bathroom floor was repaired at some point, right in front of commode. It was not level. It felt like we were going to fall through the ceiling. Bathtub drain was very slow, so the tub filled up while showering. Our room keys (both) quit working and we had to wait for staff to fix that, she was busy with another guest. It was late and we were tired. Just inconvenient. Also breakfast was not as good. The oatmeal was fine but the additives (brown sugar hard/dry, items not very appealing), items not restocked (bread,milk), no good protein available but the eggs- that did not taste good. I know it was UNOH graduation and you were busy. I just want it to be better for the next visitors. We have stayed here many times over past few years and this was not as nice as previous stays. I feel the good outweighed the bad because I like the beds. 😁 We would stay again if in town, but if we had another visit like this we would go elsewhere in future.
