The hotel was fine. Clean, simple, affordable. Easy to access and quiet. Includes a pool (which we did not use) but no jacuzzi, if that matters.

One of the worst motel rooms I've ever had

The room didn't smell as bad on the second night.

Some sort of heavy chemical disinfectant was used in the room, which smelled terrible and burned my eyes and nose.

Great Priced Clean Motel colse to everything in Temecula Valley

The Check-in was fast and the person very friendly. Location cannot be beat with food options and stores nearby. Refridge worked and they had a coffee maker. Its a Motel but it was clean.

The front office girl at check in was rude I received an email saying they could accommodate check in at 2 but when we got there she said no the room wasn’t ready until 3. Then they gave us a room on the second floor, no elevator. When we asked for a first floor room she said it wasn’t ready. The room was outdated. The lighting in the room was way too bright. The bed wasn’t comfortable. No continental breakfast.

clean place, has a few issues.

rancho California inn is close to restaurants, convenient store. There’s no need to travel too far from your room to just grab something quick to eat or whatever you may need at the convenient store. The rooms itself have a microwave and mini fridge which is a plus. It’s nice to keep your drinks cold when the weather is a bit too warm in Temecula.

the staff need to work on better communication. I reserved a room for 2 nights, by the afternoon on the next day, my key was deactivated. I shouldn’t have to feel like I made a mistake on my end, when I’ve got a receipt that says I made a payment for 2 nights. And on the morning of our checkout day, roughly around 8:15AM. While in our room, Front desk woman did a one tap on the door, not identifying herself, just opens the door. Do not appreciate these people just checking if customers are in their room, so they can walk in and possibly go through our personal belongings. There was absolutely no reason for it. checkout time is 11:00AM.
