Location was good. But hotel is not “newish”. Noisy at night. Expect that. Staff is nice. Although I got checked in for 1 day. The next day my key wouldn’t open. I stayed 3 nights she set it up for 1 day.

We had 4 knights, all god. The room was big and nice. Staff Dorit is very kind and helpful . The pool area need cleaning, dirty on the ground. Breakfast was good . We come back for the good price .

Overall good stay. Clean, good service, decent breakfast and good air conditioning. Beds were a bit hard for my preference. Location is about 1.5 miles out of the old town area, cheap lift ride or a longer walk. Good value compared to other options in the area.

Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty walls. Staff smoking weed in reception area. Place didn’t feel safe AT ALL

Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t very comfortable. The upstairs tenants were extremely noisy at night. Every step caused loud creaking from the floors above, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was a strange smell in the unit that lingered throughout my stay. If you're sensitive to noise or odors, this might not be the best fit.

Positives: Quick check-in, parking is close to your room. Bathroom smelled like bleach. Negatives: small pool with no restroom, rooms are a bit run down, our door had multiple dents on the inside. The worst was one of the beds had crumbs, hair, and lint all over it - all under the covers.

Staff Un-friendly except the room cleaners staff are so nice and helpful ,Clean less property, poor facility (I got locked out my room 3 times because the sun heat affect door key scanner!!!! Breakfast is okay. Pool is clean but the pool area are terrible!!! Free WiFi is a BIG lie. The internet service not working at all!!! Overall it is a poor Inn to stay.

As a non-smoking room, it was filled with intense cigarette-smelling. I found it so difficult to breathe and stay in; no view, and the window could not be opened. Considering these conditions, the room is overpriced!! I won't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great for a general quick stay. I was only in Temecula for 1 night & 1 day. Comfort level was average but they did offer free breakfast. Parking was free & easily accessible.

At first glance it seemed like an ok cheap place to crash but the carpet in the room was so dirty the bottoms of my feet were black. Staff was unprofessional and lazy. Didn’t even stay the night checked in at 3pm and left by 9pm. Parking lot was unsafe, people wandering around smoking near the cars and stairways

There was a loud knocking pipe behind the wall which precluded sleep. The check in guy informed me about it, but it was late. And it's very difficult to cancel Expedia reservations once made. All of the other rooms at the hotel had been booked.
