The check in was slow. The front desk was talking with someone on the phone ( business call) but we were on line for about 15 mins imagine? And then when she assigned me in a first floor , I asked if I can have a higher floor, she lectured me about specifying this during my booking . Your sink at room 313 is clogged .

Everything was fine, except that there was no pool access during our stay. That was dissapointing.

When we arrived they did not have all 3 rooms on the itinerary. They were able to accommodate us but 2of the rooms were not Queen suites as paid for. Pool was closed most of the ice machines were not working. Laundry wasn’t working. Breakfast the first day was plain scrambled eggs and potatoes they hadn’t gotten their shipment of breakfast meats. Other choices were lacking as well.

I was a little disappointed that when we checked in we found out that there pool was closed, the ice machine was out of service and the Apps for the mobile device had not been set up. It was a family weekend with grandchildren so it did not turnout as well as we expected.

The pool was broken upon arrival, but the staff was wonderful and called the embassy suites and asked to let us use the pool. it was a bit away and we had to uber over there, but it worked out. And then there were ants in our room and also my sisters room, and they did move us to another room. The staff was fabulous in accommodating us. It was just a inconvenience. And to be honest, the embassy suites looked like a nicer property and we said we would probably stay there next time. since the pool was a big part of our travel. we like to relax by the pool when visiting with family. The manager did give us a discount for the first night.

The service was friendly but we had a first floor room with no black out blinds. When we checked the blinds, we also found that the window didn't lock. When we asked if there was a different room, we were told that it was completely full (which I completely get). I then asked if they could send someone in to fix the black out blinds since 1. everyone could see in through the sheer curtain, and 2. the street light was shining directly into our room. We also asked them to fix the window. We told them that we were heading out for the day and they told us they would fix it. We got back later that evening and it was still not fixed. Luckily, we figured out a second pane from the outside that locked.

Breakfast options were the best I've had anywhere. The staff was pleasant. The pool was out of order during our visit which we were not told about. There was a 6:30am gardener mowing outside our window one morning. The door at the end of the hall where we stayed would slam whenever anyone exited.

Booked two queens and was given one king and told that rooms were sold out and they couldn’t change it. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and had nasty hair on the floor. Breakfast was standard.

The ice machines were broken and the pool was kind of leafy and not inviting and the jacuzzi was down . They clean the rooms every other day …

My husband and I used the hot tub and when we got back to our room we noticed our skin had a blue stain on it and it wouldn't come off even after scrubbing our skin. Finally after showering and scrubbing our skin it came off but our skin was still dry and itchy. I notified the front desk and they said to email the general manager, which I did. I never heard from her and decided to go to the front desk to speak with her. She didn't seem very concerned and didn't offer any sort of solution or compensation. I never felt welcomed at this hotel but after this incident, I felt very uncomfortable. Luckily we only stayed two nights. The breakfast was also inedible. We come to temecula often and we will never be returning here.

Good property overall with great front desk. We had a suite room that was spacious, clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a drain backup into the tub, and the hotel wax fully booked, so we couldn’t move to another room. We couldn’t shower the next morning but the staff gave us a credit on our Hilton Honors account which was very appreciated. Pool & hot tub area need better maintenance. Would stay again.

I didn’t like the location of the room that I had because my door was literally right next to the exit door to the pool and to one of the parking lots.So periodically during the night time and right after 6 AM aprox. every single time that somebody walk in or out through the door I was able to hear The door slamming on its own. My staying was not peaceful and worthîit.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times for weekend getaways close to home. In the past, we've always appreciated the clean rooms and friendly staff, which made it a reliable choice for us. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a big disappointment. We stayed for four days, and from the moment we checked in, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff anytime we asked for something. We needed extra towels and toilet paper during our stay, and the response from the front desk was far from accommodating. When our toilet kept overflowing, we were handed a plunger in a bag and told to handle it ourselves—which is not what you expect when paying for a hotel stay. The room was not up to the usual standards. It was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible grime in the shower from a previous guest and dirty floors that turned our feet black. There were even pieces of the room—like parts of the baseboard in the bathroom—missing. What truly shocked us was the unprofessional behavior from the night staff. They were often on personal phone calls, disengaged, and outright rude when we approached them. At one point, there was even a verbal altercation with my husband over a basic request. We’ve had many good experiences here in the past, which makes this one all the more disappointing. Sadly, after this visit, we’re not sure we’ll be returning.
