Check in was easy, water was hot, heater worked.

The staff was continually doing laundry and had carts everywhere blocking the walkway nearest to the stairs up to my room. Instead of walking on level sidewalk, we had to walk on a very slanted area, and I worried for my elderly father‘s balance. It was very, very awkward. I also really dislike the very thin blankets on the bed. I got a second one from the front desk, but it still was very, very thin.

Staff was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Booked a week, after 3 days of asking for towels we finally took them to the laundry mat across the street so we could have towels and sheets cleaned. Also, the staff refused to listen to any of the customer complaints or suggestions. My husband was physically attacked by an employee, still have not heard back feom corporate. Refuse to stay here again, let alone any Motel 6. Plus, I had to clean my own room because dead bugs and hair? Really classy...

Beat motel 6 I've been at. Good location, priced well below what it should be, and the staff was remarkable! Highly recommend.

Not safe for families

Front desk staff was nice

Druggjes bothering guest people blocking stairs trying to sell stuff to get a room. There was also a man running up and down the hall yelling at 4am I had 3 different men approaching me and my kids asking to buy drugs and a woman cornered me at the vending machine with her boyfriend telling me to buy stuff from them. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay. I’ve stayed here every Halloween with my kids for 3 years and now i will never stay there again not a safe place for women or children.

The best hotel if you're looking for something quiet, safe and family friendly.

I love that it's near the city bus lines so if you're using public transportation that's a plus! There's a great taco shop and Denny's restaurant within walking distance. Literally 2 minutes up the street from the hotel. The area was surprisingly quiet and I felt safe while walking with my children. Staff was amazing and friendly, would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The sheets had hair and stains. The hotel looked unsafe. Undesirable people staying at the hotel who looked like they were living there. They kept their doors open and it was uncomfortable. It was too unsafe for 2 women traveling.

the bed was comfortable, as was the temperature of the room. Loved being so close to Old Town and restaurants. The staff was so helpful and available.

We thought towels would automatically be changed on the 3rd day but didnt realize we had to confirm that. Repairs were being done above us and very early and loud.

Nice staff, friendly. Location. The room was clean, electrical items worked, had the minimal accommodations ( towels, hangers, bed, one night stand, lighting, bar of soap, toilet paper, bedding), no bells and whistles. But, to room one night it was acceptable. With the cost of living, you get what you pay for and it may be more than you expect for the accommodations. Offered coffee in office, laundry facility, snack machines if you wanted/needed.

Needed another night stand, better bedding, more electrical outlets, better lighting (too dim), and Kleenex.
