Probably wont be back due to limited parking and unwelcomibg desk staff!

Gentleman at counter made me stand there minutes while he worked on paper work. It was not comfortable a ND I felt like I was his last priority. When my husband came 2 hrs later he said the front desk was rude and most likely racist as my husband is black.

Theft from housekeeper

It was an ok stay..

I left a bag of my belongings in the room and called asked them to hold it when I returned to pick it up they claimed it was never in there. And they claimed that it never was. My special needs kids meda were in there

The old smell in the room. Uncomfortable chairs to sit on. Uncomfortable feeling in the room. I just couldn’t get comfortable because of the un easy feel in the room. The minute I left the room in the property the uneasy feeling went away, went back to the hotel into the room, very uncomfortable very uneasy feeling.

Not happy with quality of the rooms.

I had 2 rooms, one was with strong smell of smoke. The other room had a late of water on the foor. They changed the rooms , but one of the room the televisión was not working.

Good location

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in and smelled so bad. I didn’t even spend the night. I drove an hour home after my work event. Also the club across the street music vibrated my hotel room.

The location, but that is legitimately it.

All rooms state non-smoking but our room smelled like an ash tray and have cigarette burns on the comforter. The ac barely worked. The bath room was....well it wasn't the cleanest. We stayed here strictly for the location and wanting to party without having to Uber. This is a place to strictly sleep, you won't want to do anything else there.

Exhausting to say the least

Location was convenient

We were put in a room at the front of the hotel and all we could hear until 2am was loud bass music coming from across the street. Worst night of sleep in a very long time. I would not recommend this location especially for the cost.

Great stay one night only, quick one day get away from the busy city of LA

great location walking distance to the town, enough parking, we where able to leave out car there when we got there early, close to the entrance to the town so you don't have to drive through all the stop signs

Bed was not comfy in room 215. TV had a blue tone. I am short so it might just be a me thing but the sink is so high i had to tippy toe. I wish it was pet friendly.

Old rooms Bathrooms need upgrades but not bad for the price & location. Curtains need to be shorter so they don’t cover the AC vent. We pinned it up in the window though so it worked.

Horrible hotel experience and would never go back.

The property was horribly maintained. My room was filled with dry wall damage, dirty counters, a broken bed and ants inside my bathroom. I brought this issues up to staff and even canceled the following nights stay. They assured me Bob Patel would speak to me the following day to issue a refund and never heard back. Absolutely horrible place to stay and will never come back nor recommend to anyone.

Very good location at the end of to Old Town. Exceptional location near the overpass to greater downtown Temecula. I had an upper room which was clean and comfortable.

Water pressure was poor. The leaking shower head produced a narrow stream regardless of how it was adjusted. Pulsating bass notes were coming from night club across the street on the Saturday night I was there. Bring ear plugs.

Its location to Old Town was great.

When got into our no smoking room it reeked so badly of weed that I got an instant head ache. The front desk attendant would only give us Fabreez. So then it was fruity smelling weed. When we finally were able to get a new room the next day, they wouldn’t just switch rooms. I had to completely check out pack all my things up and load it into my truck and come back in two hours to check in all over again. When we got back to the room that night after the concert that we were there for, the entire parking lot was full. There was no street parking. The only place available was a dark gravel parking lot back behind the hotel with one hour parking. So when I asked the front desk attendee what we were supposed to do all she said was they had never had a problem before.

Perfect Location for an Old Town Temecula getaway

This was a last-minute booking and it did not disappoint. It was literally in Old Town. We were able to walk and not have to search or pay for parking. The room was large with a comfortable bed. It was a perfect room to end our tree day weekend getaway.

There was no parking when we left around 1am to get in and out which is annoying because it should be monitored and left available for paying patrons.

Location, easy walking around Old Town

Spot painted, spider webs, plastic wrap around fire alarm. Children running in top room above our room. Had to call front desk to complain. No jaccuzzi & pool wasn't the same photo as on Booking.com

Just steps from Front Street bars and restaurants. We didn't have to find parking, as it's on site. And the price was awesome.

I can't complain about anything. We just wanted a place to sleep, as we were interested in just hitting up all the places on Frint Street. It met all expectations for our needs.

Beautiful Old Town Temecula with Beautiful landscape, in wine country!

The bathroom was not cleaned all the way when we arrived, specifically the side of toilet seat and outer rim as well as the sink. The table next to the bed had dried residue from possibly food. Other than that, it was reasonably priced and very affordable.

I stayed there for the jacuzzi, there was no jacuzzi and was left cleaning a pool.

The room had just been cleaned. The staff went to the room to make sure it was ready.

The location was loud. Clubs close by playing music late into the night. Cars /traffic was bad. Loud stereo systems going by very often. Just not a very relaxing place. There is no jacuzzi at it shows on some sites. The pool was very dirty. I had to clean it myself to feel comfortable putting my feet in. Covered in bugs and unknown items
