Not happy at all.

Not much considering I drive across country and things aren't set up like I called 10 hours before and ask.

I called 15 hours in advance and ask that a note be left that I would be late getting in, but not to give away the room that I already paid for, considering I was driving all night from moving my family 3000 miles across country. I just wanted to vibe in and sleep. I was given a room that had someone in it. The next room looked like someone had just gotten up and left with a messy bed. This is at like 3am. More than enough time for my room that I booked a day in advance, and called ahead of time. Kind of unreal. I never complain but after that driving, I was not happy. Took 40 minutes to get into a room that was already booked and paid for.

Comfortable beds, very nice breakfast, spotlessly clean. Lots of coffee flavors. All food and condiments were full. Both waffle bakers were available. No crumbs were anywhere.

I forgot my extensions for my iPhone and watch on the desk and I didn’t notice till I got home. We called and they said they could not help us even if we pay . I was very disappointed after we had Avery nice trip.

Location and large clean room.

Noise travels easily between walls. I knew what the people on each side of us were watching on tv, not just muffled noises, but I could follow the programs. This was very annoying in the morning before 0700 am.

Great location to visit family in Fallbrook & Pechanga Casino. Good breakfast, spacious room with couch, microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed.

1) A freezer section in fridge to freeze blue ice 2) Shower water flow was actually low. Could have had more water flow. 3) Couldn't get requested connecting room with relatives, although we were across the hall, a room away.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked really great.

The shower head had very little pressure and it was very difficult to wash shampoo out of our hair. It was literally spitting out water. No fault of the hotel, but there was a SCREAMING child across the hall, screaming when they arrived after 9pm and screaming again at 6am.

No microwave in room. Keys kept demagnetizing and not working. AC unit was loud and would wake you up when it turned on. It was also so strong that the person sleeping on that side would get an arctic blast.

We, for the most part, enjoyed our stay and would try again in the future!

It was close to Old Town, restaurants and wineries.

The air conditioning was loud and hard to regulate. We were too warm when sleeping. The pillows were hard and lumpy, although the bed was comfortable. The price fur two nights was extremely inexpensive and a great value.

The bed was nice as well as the linens. Lots of towels in the bathroom.

The clerk who checked us in was rude. I told her that we were here to check in and gave her our last name. Her response was "I just need your id and card", no welcome smile or hello or basically any kind of acknowledgement. The light in the area where the coffee pot was out, it was too dark to make any. The shower head. Horrible, awful, useless. The shower head looked like a rain faucet. The water 'pressure' was nil. Nice big rain shower head and not enough water coming out to feel like your hair or body was rinsed.

Good to have the hot waffles . Proteins sausage on but scrambled eggs are bad, too salty and not fresh/not real fresh eggs maybe fake from powder? Don’t know but TOO SALTY wasn’t able to eat at all. All others good, and with variety, fruits. Nonetheless, good overall.
